Once again, the Washington Redskins experienced defeat. This time, the Minneapolis Vikings proved to be the scalpers. Furthermore, the Vikings failed to start Donovan McNabb, former Redskins quarterback, depriving the fans of a target to jeer. As usual, the media and fans denounced the 'Skins quarterback, Rex Grossman, for failing to bring the team victory. They pointed out that he had thrown another interception, keeping his eleven game streak alive. They talked doggedly about drafting a messiah to quarterback the Redskins to the Super Bowl.

Whatever faults Rex Grossman has as a quarterback, he has typically engineered 20+ points for the Redskins per game. That should be enough to win most games. The problem is that the Redskins defense has typically allowed opponents 24+ points per game. Even Washington, D.C. fans should be able to figure out where the most important problem resides. If the 'Skins defense can keep opponents from scoring more than 17 points, the 'Skins are in the play-offs.

Since anyone can run up the gut of the Washington defense, the defensive coaching staff should be scrutinized. How many 3/4 defenses have been successful at stopping the run? I hazzard to guess 3/4s are consistently weak in most categories of running defense.

As former Redskins coach, George Allen, might have said: "No defense, no victory."

Look for 'Skins owner, Danny Snyder, to seek more "big plays" on offense to compensate for defensive deficiencies, such as stopping the run.

PRO B-BALL

The current impass between team owners and the basketball players union seems totally predictable. However, in so much as greed is justified, righteousness belongs to the players. I believe that the solution for the players is to be found in their formation of a new league that is totally owned by the players.

Certainly, there appears to be enough money collectively held by the players to start a league of sixteen teams. The league could be divided into an East Conference and a West Conference. A play-off between the top two teams in each conference would settle conference championships. The two conference champions would then meet for the title of league champion. The players on any given team would be paid on some formula composed of such items as seniority, accomplishments, playing time, and contributions to the enhancement of professional basketball in the eyes of America and the world. A solid health and retirement package could be structured. The players would select a board of directors. The board of directors would hire a professional management for the team. The management would hire the coaching staff.

With player ownership of the league teams would be better established to achieve skill parity and equality generally, although extraordinary players don't come by the gross.

According to the Bible "laborers are worthy of their hire." This concept would be best captured when the players collectively received all the income derived from their sweat and toil. Sharing income with idle rich owners does not make sense. If the basketball players owned the league, then they would be well-positioned to pay the hired administrators, managers, coaches, etc., their fair wage. A collective sense of responsibility could be generated that would bode well for basketball's future.

Most savvy professional basketball players understand that their sport enterprise has become an entertainment enterprise as well. Fan appreciation of basketball has led to the solid revenue from advertisers, as games became televised.

I believe that it is no secret that the great majority of professional basketball players are African Americans. I believe that it would only be natural to team up with Black Entertainment Television (BET) in producing a sport coverage of the new league of player-owned professional basketball. If other networks or cable television outfits wanted to pay for a piece of the pie, then that could also be considered.

However, realistically, the new player-owned league would have to compete with the remnant of the rich-people-owned NBA team condominium. Most major television networks and cable companies, such as ESPN, that have major sport programming will continue their coverage of the old professional basketball system. Many advertisers will also give priority to the "Our Crowd" networks presently televising professional basketball.

Initially, the players may have to use basketball courts that are less glamorous than the modern arena/malls constructed by rich people and politicians. The bells, lights and whistles will be missing.

Not to worry! When the kids begin to watch the players on the teams owned by the players, advertisers will perceive it and act accordingly. It is the kids who will set the professional basketball players free. It is the kids who will make the new league the most prosperous professional league to ever arise in America. Some day, some of them will even play for the new league they helped to succeed.

REDSKINS

After the loss to Carolina Jags, all the sports reporters and fans were zapping the Redskin coaches, especially the Shanahans, for offensive ineptitude. With starter injuries to two-fifths of the offensive line, injuries to key skill-position players, and two clipboard-holding quarterbacks competing for starter, why would anyone be surprised?

No, the Redskins' situation only magnifies the fact that the defensive team hasn't shut down anyone. When called upon to "step up" and win the game for "ole DC," they have failed. Maybe there should be more attention paid to the defensive coordinator. No team seems to have trouble scoring on the 'Skins. The 'Skins play about as well as they talk - full of "hopefullies."

How is it that wealthy professional football players need to work on the fundamentals? After 12 to 18 years of organized, coached football - not to mention "how to" videos and books by coaches - what more in the way of fundamentals should they need? If they were trying to employ complicated plays rarely dreamed of by average folks in football, then maybe some extra work would be needed. These players are missing blocking, tackling and coverage.

Do any Redskins scouts ever ask the question: Can this prospects actually block, tackle, cover, etc? A professional prospect shouldn't be in the primer on fundamental football playing techniques. The fact that a prospect looks good in uniform, lifts 500 lbs., and runs a 40 yard dash in 3 seconds flat have no bearing at all, if he can't block, tackle, throw, catch, or cover. Instead of taking the "best athlete available" with a notion that you will turn him into a player, why not choose a player who has already proven himself to be player?

Another good idea to try to incorporate into scouting is durability. Some humans have stronger bones, cartilage and tendons (or more flexible). Players who don't break and tear should have priority in scouting, if you want a team full of veterans of your choosing from the getgo.

Lastly, I believe that I could achieve better results coaching the Redskins than any of the recent list of coaches. In one year I would achieve a 50% victory rate. The next year the 'Skins would be in the play-offs. In one of the next three years the 'Skins would win the Super Bowl. Further, I would demand only $300 thousand the first year - plus travelling expenses. Owner Dan Snyder would even be allowed to call a play or two. Whats not to like?

DEMOPUBS & REPUBLICRATS

President Obama has made speeches of late, chiding Republicans for not getting on the Obama bandwagon for the sake of the country. His hubris is noteworthy. However, his solutions weren't. He wanted businesses to spend more, hire more, and grow our economy. He noted they are sitting on a good cushion of cash. To induce such projected effort on the part of businesses, he talked about possible tax breaks.

Now, with 16-18 million people out of work, significant numbers of homeowners late on their mortgages, the stock market with a downward bias and exhibiting occasional tsunami-like waves, etc., it is no surprise that spending is down. However, if spending is down and confidence shakey, why would businesses risk their cushion of cash? They can alternately invest in relatively safe debt instruments, make some money, and await the return of the spenders to America the beautiful.

Furthermore, since one of President Obama's shrewd proposals was a new "free trade" package, intelligent observers will note and perceive that that is precisely the move which would lower job creation. It must be allowed that when politicians talk about "jobs," they are mostly alluding to the service jobs, which typically are very low-paying ones. As no one can survive on a service job alone, such people must have at least a part-time job in addition to the full-time service job. Maybe there won't be one available. Result: Work hard and still can't make it.

The U.S. Constitution has a well-conceived mechanism for commercially protecting native workers and domestic businesses. It's called a tariff. Apparently the Founding Fathers did not perceive a future population composed of suicidal citizens. Perhaps more accurately stated, they did not perceive that the citizenry would consistently elect people to public office who were enemies of the national state.

It goes without saying that "free trade" is the system of internationalists. Jews were its leading proponents, as their globally scattered, mostly urban communities provided a trading edge for Jews against non-Jews. Arbitrage of commodities was one trading aspect which Jews exploited successfully. The silver/gold trade between India and Iberia being a single instance of this.

Libertarians claim to approve of "free trade" as well. They envision a better world with little or no government. This thinking has a certain affinity with Marxian socialism, wherein the government has dissolved away like a vestigial part no longer needed, leaving the workers' paradise of Communism. It is a variation of the messianic period according to Jewish thinking.

"Free trade" strongly biases monetary flow toward the nation with the cheapest labor, other factors being approximately equal. That fact explains bankruptcies and "sending factories overseas." And THAT fact helps to explain joblessness. It is a PLUS/MINUS equation. Generally, if you are winning a trade relationship, your partner is losing. Naturally, the reverse is also true. Has anyone ever heard the term, D-I-V-O-R-C-E?

The Republicrats basically follow the Gospel According to the Rich People. Give the rich people a tax break, because they are "job makers." Although Capitalism is as international as Communism, Republicrats fancy that they are "conservatives."

Their "Tea Party Movement" is composed of people who elbow each other out of the way in their rush to the Israeli leadership for outward signs of approval. Sarah Palin, according to the usually correct American Free Press, wore an Israeli flag lapel pin on occasion while holding political offices in Alaska, including governor. Michelle Bachmann graduated from high school and then went to the Israeli state, where she lived in a kibbutz! She learned a lot, no doubt.

Mitt Romney has written a little book of his proposals for improving America. He claims that he brings a business acumen to the elective table, which, of course, Barack Obama does not. The President merely has Goldman Sachs advising him. (The advice so far has seemed to be: "You give us a trillion dollars; we will buy your better interstates and bridges, carefully constructing toll booths every other mile.")

Guess what? Mitt Romney favors "free trade." Yes, he's a rich capitalist. He wants to bring discipline and measure to the U.S. budget. He wants to cut the "freebies" to old folks and sick people. Perhaps he will propose some sort of Peas Corps that will hand out legumes to the needy.

Interestingly, Mitt Romney, as a Mormon, considers Jews to be brothers. Mormons believe that the Northern Kingdom of Israel went westward, and that Jews derive from the Southern Kingdom of Judah. It may then be no accident that Mormons such as Mitt Romney consider themselves to be fellow-travelers with the Jews in "free trade" and debt-mongering.

Parenthetically, I also believe that the Ten-Tribe Northern Kingdom of Israel plus the 200,000 of Judah that were taken into bondage by the Assyrians migrated westward, becoming the Kelto-Germanic people of Europe and England. Earlier migrations from Judah, Benjamin, Dan, and Naftaly had already colonized the "Western Isles." However, Jews undoubtedly are a mixed multitude (Biblically pronounced to be "thorns and nettles" to Israel), composed of the only lines-certain of Canaan and Esau. Through their Chazar bloodline may also have been introduced the "Gog/Magog" element.

Interestingly, talking about contemporary American politics and economy, even the richest and the most powerful men in the U.S.A. cannot escape the gravitational pull of the Bible. The debt-mongers will learn eventually that they have an ineluctable debt to pay for the harm they've done to the Promised Land.

FRIENDS IN THE MEDIA

Many Americans have come to the conclusion that major newspaper and network and cable television companies have made the decision not to provide any news in some areas and material omissions in most major stories. Even minor stories must be filtered through cultural Marxism’s acceptable phraseology. The media must depend on the gullibility of the grassroots peons of the Democrat-Republican Socialist International for readership and viewership support.
What makes the major media tick? Consider:

Please note that David Rockefeller is stating his opposition to national democracy, whether the original Republican form of government or the contemporary democratic form, in which money and media publicity shapes the voters. Not surprisingly, his family has worked against the general welfare of the nation since at least the days of John D. Rockefeller. Virtually all the organizations associated with the Rockefellers work against the nation. Whether the Council on Foreign Affairs, the Trilateralists, NAFTA, the United Nations, Planned Parenthood, the Organization of the American States, or the Lucis Trust (formerly Lucifer Publications Company), among many, the concepts advocated strive to establish a supra-national organization or otherwise injure the independence and vitality of the nation.

It is an oligarchy in form, but there seems to be an implied caste system, which will protect this Rockefeller dream from the “vulgar masses.”

As for the dream of intellectuals working harmoniously with international bankers, I will only comment that “big boys always rule little boys.” No intellectual will be much more than an errand boy. Further, intellectuals have, I believe, been correctly perceived as people who can find a thousand objections to any issue but who can never make the decisive administrative order to do something. Therefore, one can look to the international bankers to turn to their preferred sources of power and order – the world army, the world intelligence apparatus and the world cops.

The Rockefeller family and their brothers in crime “have been lying to themselves,” as they “spa hop” annually about the globe attending their Bilderberger meetings. They like to talk in private and “off the record” because their blowzy ideas, if known, would be punctured by countless armchair critics in short order.

INTEREST-FREE MONEY

I have listened for many months from the mouths of America’s elected leaders, from those of their expert advisers, and from the kibitzing print and audio-visual outlets a range of explanations of why the economy is “sputtering,” why our national debt is so huge, and why we must increase our ability to borrow from banks and from other lenders by raising our national debt limit.

The Tea Party Movement burst upon the scene to lobby for less spending and a renewed commitment to balancing the budget to halt the accumulation of debt. They appear ready to cut programs that keep poor people above water, to eliminate many other “social” programs, while maintaining – or perhaps increasing – our aid to Israel (sic) and military effort against foes elsewhere in the Mideast.

My personal view is that a sort of “street drama” is taking place between 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW and Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. All sides in the discussion are advocates of solutions that help great banks, financial institutions, and the global network of central banks. There is far less concern for the nation than there is for the “World Economy.”

When these people talk about the “World Economy,” they are not thinking of the poor people of the world; they are talking about central banks, great international banks, their entourage of huge international corporations, and the “statesmen” and politicians who serve their interests being paid.

They have already decided to attack Social Security, Medicare, and "entitlements" generally. One of their feckless, unseemly ways is to repeatedly reformulate "coat-of-living" adjustments to cheat seniors out of the buying power that they have on their constant levels of payments through Social Security.

What can the “little guy” in America do? Most of these people feel trapped in a system they mistrust. If they have anything at all, they strive to support the system for the family – the kids – and a hoped for retirement in a decent lifestyle. “Maybe the kids can figure out a solution,” they comfort themselves.

According to commentary I heard over the radio while driving, there are “16 million jobless” Americans today. Eggheads, of course, scoff at the figure, noting that the United States has over 320 million people. Such people would advise the president that the figure is “acceptable.”

However, if all those 16 million unemployed were put to work at a lower middle class annual level of $30,000, only about half a trillion dollars would be involved. If those people were put to work on infrastructural construction projects, the money they earned would circulate about the political economy creating revenue for other businesses. It would help to bring life to previously “dead” areas of the body politic. This would also apply to other areas invigorated by positive payments from a pro-active American government not afraid to build to own, to invest and to partner.

A major reason for the present woe in the United States is that it is ruled by people who are contemptuous of the concept of “nationhood.” They believe that America’s destiny is to force upon the world a global government, led by a “congress of enlightened people.” They have great success with their schemes because so many “educated” people have bought into it. Not only do these pitiful specimens work to minimize the influence of ordinary Americans on policies as voters in the global parliament, they work to make themselves and their children superfluous. Astonishingly, they believe their “sacrifice” to be noble.

Naturally, with the present leadership and its host of sacrificial centurions, the most precious “gift” of our Founding Fathers, according to interpretation of tradition, is “the economic interconnection” of the World Community. They all consider this the number two principle of good governance. What’s number one? Their control of the economic machinery so that “irresponsible voices” don’t assume power.

Since ruffians will elbow their way to the top in many “provinces” in the World Government and be represented in its parliament, the policies it promulgates will be consistent with a good old American syndicate. “Meyer Lansky! Where are you when the World Community needs you?”
Parenthetically, Meyer Lansky not only was a member of Murder Incorporated, but he was acclaimed as “the financial genius” of organized crime. He somehow seems to be the epitome of a responsible world leader today. He might have been the first president of the United Republics of the World had circumstances been slightly changed.

What about me? Naturally, I don’t fit in. I am – admittedly – a God and country sort. The world community is merely a “rich-folks” project.

Nevertheless, I make bold to say that, as president, I could make the United States greater than it has ever been. What would I do?

It must be admitted that the country cannot be saved without the wholesale removal of anti-nationalists from positions of power. The magistrate holds the sword not vainly. Hence, virtually everyone in the White House, on Capitol Hill, in the Supreme Court, in the Pentagon, and in the intelligence agencies would have to be removed. Also, the Department of the Treasury would have to be cleansed of its countless “friends of central banking.” As they would not like such a turn of events, a counter-nationalist coup d’état could easily be predicted.
The media would be screeching and wailing dire warnings of “extremists” taken over the government and trying to thwart the “will of the world community.”

If I survived the early months of change that I commanded to take place, I would then face one of two situations: 1) a cooperative congress or, 2) an uncooperative congress. In the latter case I’d declare martial law and dismiss congress.

Assuming the former pleasant eventuality, I would direct the newly appointed Secretary of the Treasury to institute a body within Treasury to set up parameters for monitoring the domestic aggregate of money and establishing the proper level of money at the outset. Another section of the Treasury would begin setting up a national banking system that would be completely connected. Each citizen would have an assigned checking account (debit-credit) and personal check card. The nation would also have an account.

Throughout America ATMs would be established in all cities and towns. National bank branches would be established in all major urban areas.

Now, this major transition would be disruptive. That is one reason why martial law would be probably required – or something close to it. The military and national guard would be put to work helping to set up the new banking structure and providing assistance to citizens who may have many requirements. In fact a portion of these militarized forces might act somewhat like a concierge at a first rate establishment. They would need to coordinate logistics during this transition.

In America the People rule. However, before they can rule, they must be empowered. In part that is what this transition period is meant to accomplish. Therefore, the rule of bankers would be toppled; then, the rule of the People could take its place.

I will admit that the transition from usury and blatant greed to one of “people united for the general good” would not be easy for many Americans. The ostentatious rich may threaten to flee to Great Britain, France or Israel (sic). Good riddance! And take the idle rich with you!
Caveat: America doesn’t oppose wealth; it opposes illnesses within the political-economy of the nation that resulted from manipulation of capital and debt to the benefit of the few at the expense of the many, which is the situation today.

I want to be very clear on this point: The United States would embrace the concept of easy money, rather than the dear, or scarce, money policies that have dominated our nation for the greater part of 200 years. Rich people like to keep the pool of money tight to create the scarcity that increases the buying power of their large accumulation of it. “The rich get richer,” is an observation of the objective situation. As Edgar Bronfman is quoted as saying, “If you have $100 million, $110 million is inevitable.”

Of course, only the rich have $100 million to begin with.

Since the income tax would be eliminated, the IRS, which is already a branch of the Treasury, might be assigned duties related to cyber-intelligence, hacker annihilation, anti-counterfeiting and other money frauds. As the body within Treasury that will be created to monitor the nation’s money supply will have excise taxes as a potential tool to withdraw money, the IRS would probably have some work in that area as well. However, a down-sizing of the IRS would be justified by the new financial scheme.

Since the FBI also seems to be active in the hacking area of the Internet, a portion of its duties might be reassigned to the IRS.

It would be a capital crime to attack the national banking system. Money is the blood of a national domestic economy. Its life is in the blood, or money.

The national banking system would operate a new U.S. dollar that would be the only full legal tender currency in America. These dollars would be interest-free Treasury Notes. They would not be the same as the Federal Reserve Note dollars. The latter would have no fixed relationship to the U.S. Treasury Notes dollars. Federal Reserve Note dollars would no longer be accepted by the U.S. Treasury for the payment of anything. Undoubtedly, the Federal Reserve Notes would achieve some level of auction valuation in regard to the new U.S. Treasury Note dollars.
I would order that every one of the new dollars must be backed by a physical dollar that would kept at a new fortress facility that I believe the IRS could run. The idea is to prevent the fractional banking system of the Federal Reserve System from “creating” U.S. Treasury Note dollars. These non-national banks would also be monitored by the IRS for counterfeiting through fractional banking of the national currency.

This process of putting the new system into functionality as soon as possible would require the necessary technical skills and the manpower that a combination of money experts and military experts should be able to manage. Part of that would include the human skills that HHS and other agencies could bring to bear to see that the citizens are not forgotten in terms of their needs. The Department of Agriculture would have to secure, probably in conjunction with the military, a continuous flow of foodstuff.

The Treasury, Social Security and the Census people would have to coordinate in order to credit citizens that are owed money. Before the banking system is set up, there would certainly be a need on the part of the citizenry for suitable money. Government banking branches already in place throughout the nation would be used to provide the citizens the money they needed to get by. To that end the Treasury and the Bureau of Printing and Engraving would work diligently to print out the new currency in various denominations to meet the people’s needs during this transition.

Once the national banking system is in place, normal Social Security payments would be paid through a direct deposit into the citizen’s checking account. This payment technique would also apply to all federal workers, including the military, and other recipients.

Companies that contract business with the national government would be assigned an account in the national banking system and paid directly into their account, using the new currency.
However, it should be noted that the U.S. Treasury Note dollars are strictly domestic. Further, no foreign individual or company would be allowed to own United States property.
A new Treasury Bill would be created strictly for use with foreign nations, companies and individuals. These Bills would be denominated in such a way as to be “promises-to-pay” the bearer a stated amount of commodity, such as soybean. It might also include payment of collectibles, such as U.S. Stamps or “Modern Art.” Thus, the U.S. would establish a barter system with the other nations using basically a voucher for some valuable material located in America.

A vast new storage facility network would become the warehouse for the nation’s natural resources. It would probably be operated by Interior. A fair price would be guaranteed to farmers, ranchers, herders, miners, lumbermen, etc., for their products. The nation would then “make a market” in the commodities and other resources, selling to American entrepreneurs the raw materials they need to produce whatever their products are. This would remove speculators from the American commodity scene. The nation would add a small mark-up to the cost of the commodities obtained to pay for the cost of storage and administration.

While the banking system was being set up, the United States would begin to operate all nuclear utilities, paying the owners a far price. Many of these facilities are obsolete and need to be shut down. However, until new facilities could be constructed with “fail-safe” technology, they would need to be operated by the government which alone can provide all the money that is required to succeed. The operation of nuclear facilities is too dangerous to be left to the present cast of maximum-profit owners, who may well be tempted to “make do” rather than spend what is needed to operate safely.

One reason for the national government to take over the operation of nuclear energy utilities is to establish an electric grid in conjunction with the massive infrastructural maintenance and construction projects that would be set in motion. This would allow the development of Rest & Refueling Oases to serve the emerging electrical cars planned for the people. Here, a driver could rest while his car is recharged. Also, a national electric car rental agency within Transportation would make available electric vehicles that customers could rent at one spot and leave at another. Instead of recharging, a driver could exchange his rented car for a fresh one.

This project would dove-tail well with the national partnership with new entrepreneurial engineers in the creation of a cheap “people’s electric car.” Its production would be unlike the present expensive electric cars that are not meant to compete with internal combustion engine models in terms of price. The gasoline-internal combustion engine complex makes too much money as things are to risk a switch to electric vehicles. It is a commentary on the American money crowd that this has occurred.

This new approach by the national government of partnering with Americans with good business ideas to create a funding mechanism through the national bank whereby the proposed business would be mostly owned by the nation via its banking system, and the entrepreneurs involved would have the option of “renting-to-own” the business built on their ideas and the nation’s money.

This same principle would apply to other businesses that the nation might decide to invest in, providing both seed money and continuing operating money until the enterprise could fly.
Indeed, the idea of a given citizen, making a qualifying monthly wage, being partnered with the national bank to buy a house is also timely. The national bank would buy the agreed-upon home for the citizen-partner. After the purchase agreement, a “rent-to-own” contract would be operational.

Thus, the national bank would have an asset which would be so entered on the nation’s accounting ledger. It would also have a rentee. Over time, the asset would be sold to the rentee, until the asset had been turned over entirely to its new owner. The valuation of the nation’s asset would be assumed to be constant, while that of the rent-to-own partner might vary.
Along with all the new procedures for enriching Americans, there would a new accounting method that accurately took into account the purchased assets from natural resources, storage facilities, business venture partnerships, home-owning, and the infrastructural assets that would be certain to pay rents in the form of users’ fees.

All Americans would be better paid, excepting the very rich parasites whose feasting would be on a downtrend. After all, the nation was founded on Biblical principles that urged the blessed to be “free of hand” in helping the poor.

Many Americans of low intellect and character prefer to see entrepreneurs going to capitalist banks to get loans at usury. In the new system of national banking there would be no usury. Hence, a certain class of Americans would not be happy with a strong America that looked down on banks and not up.

In fact the prospect of the United States borrowing money from banks should be offensive to any patriotic heart. There’s the problem; most citizens have a more profound respect for banks, which are often constructed to resemble temples, than for their own country. If the nation borrows from banks, then it puts the banks in a superior position to the nation. The experts allied to banks cluck about the nation’s “credit” and what foreign bankers might think about America’s “credit-worthiness.”

With all American politicians kowtowing before Israel (sic) and all American financial experts bowing in deepest respect to the central banking network, the World Bank, and the IMF, there is little wonder that debt-mongering is the only game in town. Our bridges may fall into rivers, but our "allies" will get their foreign aide bonanza.

The value of American national debt to foreigners is that it is backed by the labor of the American people. This burden stretches far into the future. When a person looks at the manner by which money is created in this country, then an understanding of the term “wage slave” dawns and deepens. Americans should nor “owe their souls” to the debt-mongers’ “company store.”

By creating our own interest-free Treasury Note dollars, we would create a positive money that would annihilate debt surprisingly quickly.

ARLINGTON COUNTY DETENTION BLUES

About two years ago, I had reason to go to the Arlington County Courthouse building at 1425 North Courthouse Road in Virginia. As I was walking to the entrance which is at the side facing a small open court area, I could hear the repeated cry of some male high above in the twin building across the court. This twin building holds the county detention facilities.

The voice kept crying out the single word "No!" The tone of the voice was a blend connoting horror, disbelief, loss, pain and humiliation. It was quite loud. It continued all the way to the courthouse, where I went through security. I said nothing then or later. This is my first reflection on the matter.

The voice of the man was in my view undoubtedly that of a white male. His reason for crying out I immediately surmised. He had been "piped," that is to say that he was the victim of a prison rape. He was sodomized involuntarily.

Further, given the inmate population at Arlington County Detention, the probability was very high that he was sexually attacked by black inmates. There also may have been Latino participation.

The treatment of this issue in the media - especially if it's blended with entertainment - is to treat the matter as some sort of humorous matter. There may be a "Glad it's not me!" quality blended into it, and, if so, it is the closest that typical media types come to condemning a major crime. Further, there tends to be in these coverages an assumption that the rapist(s) are indicating their commendable masculinity at the expense of a "whimp." Given the dynamics of these matters, black inmates are the beneficiaries of these sorts of "spin" put on such events. In part this is no doubt a bi-product of homophilia in Arlington County and "official" America (i.e. leaders in politics and the academic-intellectual-creative complex). This is too bad, as they are entirely unworthy human specimens.

Why do some black inmates sexually attack white and other inmates? One easy answer is "the triumph of evil in our prison system." If evil is triumphant, then it must be championed by the authorities that run prisons. In this instance the people who "control" Arlington County Detention.

There can be no hypocrisy greater than sentencing a man to imprisonment for committing a crime and then incarcerating him in an institution which nurtures criminal behavior. Prating about "rehabilitation" of inmates is an absurdity where criminal behavior among inmates has a sort of state-sponsorship.

Who are the dominant forces in American politics and in the academic-intellectual-creative complex? The answer would be Jews, Freemasons, Roman Catholic leaders and business. There is overlap among these. These are also the forces behind homophilia generally. In the case of the Roman Catholic Church the record among its male clergy is so bad that the condemnation of homosexual activity invites derision. Hence, the ill influence of the Roman Catholic Church is more a matter of non-leadership in the area of moral behavior.

As Jews have produced numerous rabbis who have learnedly spoken in favor of pederasty, if the boy is less than nine years of age, informed individuals would not look for Biblical standards to dominate in this group. A brief reflection upon the movie and television dominance of Jews would confirm their liberal - not to mention pornographic - interests in sexuality. The wise individual would look elsewhere for moral leadership.

As for Freemasonry, it is closely linked to Jewry. Freemasonry "speaks" in symbols, and its symbols are Jewish and occult. Both Jews and Freemasons share an interest in the Cabalah as a fundamental source of knowledge, and it is the Jewish Cabalah they ponder. One of the premier goals of Freemasonry is to help Jews rebuild the Temple in Jerusalem. For Freemasons the "Temple" has two meanings: one, a literal construction, and two, a symbolic construction (individual human "makeover"). The latter is connected to the Cabalah, to evolution, and to "perfecting" oneself.

For both occult Jews and Freemasons (the latter includes a relatively high percentage of Protestant clergy) creation from the nothingness of god to the final vulgar world included the crucial Adam Cadmus stage. This is the stage at which the male and female principles are united, prior to their bifurcation into "Adam and Eve." For both occult Jews and Freemasons homosexuality reflects that higher state when male and female principles were one. Therefore, while not equating the Adam Cadmus stage with the homosexuality of the lower material world, they see a "reflection" between them that mandates respect from them.

The ordinary world rarely perceives the religious character of concepts operating in polity that originate and are "sanctified" by the devotees of the occult mystery religions. Yet, all law flows from religious beliefs.

In America there is no separation of church and state. Biblically-based Christianity has been displaced by the concepts that spring from the Jewish Cabalah. The latter provides the inspiration for contemporary law-making. Hence, the posture of authorities toward homosexual rape and sodomy in the Arlington County Detention Center takes on the character of sponsorship, much as new laws regarding marriage, adoption, employment, and medical-pension-assisted living provisions of civil law reflect the new religion.

No prison institution can eradicate consenual homosexual relations between inmates. They can discourage it, however. Nor can any prison institution completely eradicate prison rape. However, in the latter case the offending inmates can be punished. If this is a capital crime on the "outside," it should be on the inside of prisons. I believe that such inmates should be put to death. The alternate would be to isolate such inmates on a 24/7 basis in a "no-frills" institution which costs the nation the least possible money consistant with health standards.

In prison the rights of citizens are abridged. The right to privacy is one such abridgement. Therefore, all prisons/detention facilities could be equipped with an array of cameras that precluded any criminal act going unnoticed (at least by the videomaking cameras). These videos could be automatically stored each day to preclude their "being lost." Were a video "lost," the top officials at the facility and with the company that operated the video-storage facility could receive mandatory five year sentences for evidence tampering. If a politician(s) ordered up the video and destroyed it, he/they would automatically receive twenty year sentences with no possibilty of "presidential pardon." In short it is possible to discourage "authorities" from destroying evidence.

Now, returning to the hapless man that I heard loudly shouting his lament. When I left the courthouse area, he was still at it. Absolutely no one seemed concerned among the "authorities" visible on the outside and surely aware of it on the inside. Odds were good that some "jokes" were bandied about by them. That is the way of modern America.

As it happened, only a few days later, I was again sent to the Arlington County Courthouse. As I was going toward the entrance, I could hear some discussion of me. The voices were mostly those of black males. The Detention Center holding cells in part overlook the court that separates the Detention Center from the Courthouse. However, one of the voices was that of a white man. The black males were making sexually-charged comments. The white voice asked "why the comments," or something of the sort. There was some sort of garbled reply from one or more black inmates. The white man then replied, "You really did a number on me."

At that point I realized that that man was the same that had been shouting his lament a few days prior. It further dawned on me how racist the prison system was - not based on white attitudes but on black behavior. With the laissez-faire policy of the Arlington County officials, consistent with the new laws of America based on its new religion, I saw that racism was already institutionalized here.

WAR AND WARRIORS

I've noticed that with the relentless waging of war by America has come a growing trend to make of our wars "holy wars" and of our fallen soldiers "hero saints" whose spilt blood sanctifies the fields on which it flowed. In my mind this borders on idolatry and is false.

American leaders have now made wars to impose democracy as Biblically correct. It is The Most High's desire. To impose democracy and freedom upon all the people of the world is a sacred duty consistent with the obligation to "repair the world." It amounts to bringing the blessings of Heaven upon Earth.

My understanding of Heaven is that it isn't a democracy. Of course, what do I know?

The elite leadership of America believes in "repairing the world." The Pentagon is gung-ho to annihilate the impaired shards of creation so that the world will become progressively "better."

Since Christianity is itself an impaired shard from the point of view of these elite thinkers, you will excuse this Christian's "count me out" attitude. Perhaps that was the wrong terminology to use, given the annihilation scenario.

Focusing once more on my primary thrust in this blog, I must say that the U.S. fighting men have never been saintly. In fact they are sometimes barbarous. They may look spiffy in new and/or clean dress uniforms, but when the life and death moments arrive, they must act like savage beasts - not saints. The media would have interested Americans believe that we are sending out our best and brightest versions of Saint Francis of Assisi. Therefore, their loss is ever more painful and their blood - if not holy - is at least saintly. The image isn't accurate. The non-American world press is more likely to "tell it like it is."

To learn more about the truth of soldiers perhaps we should turn to examples of the opinions of the West's greatest soldiers that are separated by a significant period of time. Consider the famed Duke of Wellington who led England's forces against Napoleon and others.

"He took a low view of the moral character of his armies. At various times he found his forces as a whole 'infamous,' 'a rabble.' The men were 'the scum of the earth,' a phrase he repeated many times. 'None but the worst description of men enter the regular service.' Or again: 'People talk of their enlisting from their fine military feeling - all stuff - no such thing. Some of our men enlist from having got bastard children - some for minor offences - many more for drink.' The non-commissioned officers were the only group to escape criticism, and even they got disgustingly drunk on the night of a victory. The officers were brave, but could not be got to pay 'minute and constant attention to orders.' The commissariat was 'very bad indeed.' The cavalry were useless: They charged head on, then 'gallop back as fast as they gallop on the enemy'; they 'never think of maneuvring,' indeed cannot maneuver, 'except on Wimbledon Common.' The generals 'make me tremble.' The infantry, when properly trained, were all right, but even they had to be 'ruled with a rod of iron.' On the other hand, no one grudged spending his armies more than did the Duke. He wept bitterly when his officers were killed and valued the lives of his soldiers more than did any other contemporary commander, attributing his compassion to the British constitution...." As during the days of Wellington, many American generals and admirals rose to their positions due to political assistance. Being connected to influential people was and is the fastest route. Given the reality of ultimate power in this country (excluding the sword itself), there can be no surprise that their work tends to support, expand and enrich our Levantine "friends." Be that as it may, let us fast forward to hear from America's most decorated Marine General, Smedley D. Butler.

"War is a racket. It always has been. It is possibly the oldest, easily the most profitable, surely the most vicious. It is the only one international in scope. It is the only one in which the profits are reckoned in dollars and the losses in lives.

"A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of the people. Only a small 'inside' group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few, at the expense of the very many. Out of war a few people make huge fortunes.

"In the World War [I] a mere handful garnered the profits of the conflict. At least 21,000 new millionaires and billionaires were made in the United States during the World War. That many admitted their huge blood gains in their income tax returns. How many other war millionaires falsified their tax returns no one knows."

Parenthetically, Eugene Meyer, the grandfather of Donald Graham, CEO of the Washington Post Company, was accused of duplicating U.S. Treasury bonds ("one for Uncle Sam, one for me, one for Uncle Sam, one for me," etc). He was brought before Congress to explain the apparent duplications. He denied involvement, but was suspected ever after of being a great thief, getting away with about 100 million dollars. Bernard Baruch, who worked with Eugene Meyer at one of the special war offices, was said to have entered service with the Wilson Administration possessing a net worth of some 18 million dollars and exiting with over 200 million dollars.

As General Butler stated, war is profitable for a few well-placed and connected speculators. But let's hear more from the General Smedley Butler's article.

"Out of war nations acquire additional territory, if they are victorious. They just take it. This newly acquired territory promptly is exploited by the few - the selfsame few who wrung dollars out of blood in the war. The general public shoulders the bill.

"And what is this bill?

"Then, the most crowning insolence of all - he was virtually blackjacked into paying for his own ammunition, clothing, and food by being made to buy Liberty Bonds. Most soldiers got no money at all on pay days.

"We made them buy Liberty Bonds at $100 and then we bought them back - when they came back from the war and couldn't find work - at $84 and $86. And the soldiers bought about $2,000,000,000 worth of these bonds!...

I don't think that the military-industrial-banker complex has changed much since General Butler put his knowledge and experience to print in protest against their racket. The enlisted men are overly praised and criminally underpaid. The generals and admirals agree to do the "break-leg" work for the banking loan-sharks, which is first filtered through congress to make it all official. The few get incredibly richer with each war, and the people burdened with accruing and crushing debt.

THE LONG FORM

I was driving and listening to the radio, when the news reported that President Barack Obama had unexpectedly produced a "long-form" of his birth certificate. The man who announced the news indicated - or someone he was interviewing indicated - that it had an old style of typed or stamped number with the individual numbers not well aligned. These news reporters were clearly suggesting that the misaligned numbers in faded ink were proof positive of its authenticity.

However, due to the leading nature of this aspect of the suddenly appearing Barack Obama long-form and the "who-can-doubt-its-authenticity" conclusion, I was immediately suspicious. This particular radio station is a Mormon-owned, Washington Post-perspective medium. Hence, "spin-doctoring" and material-omission surgery are commonplace acts of reportage and analysis.

However, a more reliable source of information, American Free Press, provided an important caveat on this matter in its May 9 & 16, 2011 issue, page 2. This is probably the only news and opinion outlet in operation that is attacked by hackers almost as much as my Internet sites.

Please consider:

"The latest Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) that Barack Obama issued in late April, which the mainstream hails as the final proof of his birth in Honolulu, is not a real birth certificate at all and is but a poor imitation of an authentic COLB. Computer imagery experts have already shown that the letters and numbers were digitally manipulated and superimposed onto an recreation of green document paper using a modern computer - meaning that in these experts' view, the latest COLB is not an authentic photocopy of an original 1961 record filled out with a 1960s manual typewriter."

Anyone familiar with the work of German Udo Walendy is probably familiar with the numerous forged and faked photographs of alleged Nazi atrocities utilized to murder and imprison German officials and military officers at the Nuremberg trials, as well as to add "authority" to numerous sensational "history" books appearing on the scene thereafter. These frauds were perpetrated by Jews and their agents to further their agendas. Almost all books utilizing these "pictures" were authored by Jews. (Last I heard, Mr. Walendy was serving a five year sentence in a German jail for hurting Jewish feelings by detailing their fraud, which is forbidden in Germany.)

Considering the Walendy examples of sloppy "picture" creations, I cannot help but to wonder if the Barack Obama long-form was a "Tel Aviv Special," as counterfeit and fraudulent items seem to be an Israeli specialty. Let's hope that members of the Birthers Movement don't suffer the same fate as Mr. Walendy.

Although African Americans and Democrats overwhelmingly support the president and would do so even if he were from Outer Space ("The Brother From Another Planet") and transformed before them from "good old Dudick" into a dragon-like critter, other Americans may insist on an American president being American (and human).

With this president the problems don't seem to stop. American Free Press also printed another aspect of the Barack Obama affair. Consider:

"Article 2, section 1, clause 5 of the U.S. Constitution says the president must be a 'natural born Citizen.' Many people erroneously think that means merely native-born, but Ohio Rep. John Bingham's definition of the term in 1866 on the House floor remains unchallenged: 'Every human being born within the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.' That is taken to mean both parents. Every president from George Washington on has qualified under that definition except for Obama, whose supposed father was a Kenyan native and a British subject."

In a largely corrupt America most people will wonder, "What's the dif?" Tattoos are important - not constitutional qualifications. Incidentally, tattoos are the emblems of an outlaw lifestyle.

It seems certain that Barack Obama was never constitutionally qualified to be president of the United States of America. That he was selected by the Democrat Party speaks volumes about that party. His seemingly "special effects" historical journey to the White House indicates that powerful interests in and beyond America want him to be the president. Remember his embarrassing Nobel Prize issued on visions of his future deeds? Who was behind that?

Well, what is to be done? In my view it is best to drop the matter of his birth and qualifications because if he were proven to be ineligible, then his four years in office would be "null and void." All that was done by him and congress during his years at the White House would be voided. It would create such a mess that avoiding that is more important than debating the issue further. However, it should be the highest priority to make certain that Barack Obama serves only one term, and that no one else ever "pulls a fast one" in regard to basic qualifications again.

From the point of view of those who have pushed Barack Obama onto the presidential campaign road, the fatal wounding of the U.S. Constitution may be the primary objective.

REDSKINS

I have been meaning to make a comment about the Redskin quarterback, Donavan McNabb, for some time. He was an exciting quarterback to watch. He threw the long ball a lot. He scrambled for dear life. His team won or lost about the same number of times. If his receivers were more skillful, his completion record would have been very respectable.

Donavan McNabb looked rather like Sonny Jurgenson, whose tenure at DC was mostly as an air-ball loser. Washington fans loved Sonny. This never was the case with McNabb.

Parenthetically, I expect that Dan Snyder will soon rename the Washington Redskins the "Washington Reds." If the team ever developed a great "front four," it could be dubbed "the Red Menace." With Mr. Leonsis' approval, the Reds' fans could "rock the Reds."

My personal favorite, as a team name, is "The Washington Redskinks." That way, the team fight song would still work:
"Hail to the Redskinks! Reptiles on the move! Cold-blooded critters, fight for old DC."

WASHINGTON REDSKINS

I've varied from my norm this year, taking time to watch a few Redskin football games. What with people getting run over or otherwise injured, I've seen the ambulance-chasing profession prosper greatly over the last few years. I've made my share of loot from the carnage. Along with the tattoo business, ambulance-chasing has seen a sharp spike in business.

Therefore, I don't feel embarrassed to state that I've idled away a few hours watching football on the tube. How about them 'skins?

Some years ago (not too many, either), there was a lively debate about whether the Redskins professional football team should change its name. Certain Indian tribal peoples sued them, as I recall. The argument seemed to be that the name was "racist." Indian proponents of change pointed out that no team would name itself with terms such as Kikes, Honkeys, Slopes, Towelheads, Wops, or Rugheads.

Unfortunately for the Indian lawsuit, the judges involved in the case were not "agents of change."

Now it should be noted that the term "Redskin" arose among early American settlers on the Atlantic seaboard because the predominant tribe(s) encountered daubed red clay (or the like) on their skin. Whether this coating was meant to be a protective coating from stinging bugs, as with elephants and other insect-afflicted beasts, I cannot say. Perhaps, as with modern women, this coating was thought a beauty-enhancing addition. Also, there may have been a desire to appear fierce, dignified, or peaceful. Hard to say right off.

That tidbit of info was just thrown in due to my living in Virginia, and we are all so concerned about education. I keep lecturing the youngsters, "Don't use crystal meth!" Also, I tell them, "Don't jaywalk like the DC people do (especially when drunk)."

The point of this blog is that I have a name-change for the Washington Redskins. I propose that the new name for the team be "Washington Skin-Of-The-Teethskins."

CYBER-DELINQUENTS

Thanks to the invincible chutzpah of American Jews, an "Untouchables" category of Jewish intruders into personal computers has taken place. Juvenile Jews appear to be drafted into one or more of the many Jewish domestic spying operations, operated by the Anti-Defamation League of B'Nai B'rith, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the like. They are assigned an enemies list. Provided training and technical equipment, they invade and control a personal computer before its owner's eyes.

Some readers may recall the massive dossiers accumulated illegally by the ADL in the San Francisco area. There were more than twelve thousand in that one city. It created an instant uproar, but, as with virtually any crime of this type committed by organized Jewish groups, the issue just seems to "go away." It is true that most of the great spying operations in America were run by Jews, and some of these Jews have been imprisoned. The U.S. Navy spy, Pollard, is a case in point. However, he is a hero to the Israelis, and American zionists, including the "Christian" variety, will probably have him released soon. Look to President Obama giving him a Presidential pardon before leaving office.

It is true that most of the large blogging sites that provide an opportunity to express views over the internet are controlled by Jews. That is true for Google, FaceBook, WordPress, and many another. All these sites operate as intelligence-gathering companies. The whole business of the theft of Inslaw Inc.'s Promis software improvements that allowed for "back-door" spying and which improvements were not part of the contract between Inslaw Inc. and the Department of Justice about 20 years ago by the Justice Department was as much an Israeli theft as a Justice Department theft. Earl Brian, a businessman and friend of both Ronald Reagan and Ed Meese, managed to get the stolen improvements and made a sales pitch in Tel-Aviv. Apparently both the U.S.A. and Israel were involved in selling the product to 88 or so countries. It was allegedly "tweaked" to allow spying on the countries that bought it.

In 1987 Bankruptcy Judge George Bason termed the Department of Justice's behavior in regard to the stolen Promis software as "trickery, fraud, and deceit" and as "contempt for both the law and any principle of fair dealings." These are not exactly ther sort of terms one would expect to be used about the Department of Justice.

While spying on you is a rather common procedure, neither Jews nor the federal government cotton to free speech that spotlights them in a negative way. In fact they want to outlaw such criticism. Whether they term it "hate" or "terror," fact, law and truth are hated by them and feared with profound terror. Aren't they "socially conscious?" Why would anyone criticize them? Such people must hate! Presently, all Fedcops are extremely concerned about "home-grown" terror. However, the scope of their fear does not include Jewish cyber-delinquent terrorists.

If breaking-and-entering of a house is a felony, why isn't breaking-and-entering a personal computer a felony? Why shouldn't I be able to go to the police, ask for the department of cyber-breakins, state a complaint, allow the police to "stake-out" my computer, and catch the cyber-delinquents "red-handed?" The reason is probably because that would annihilate a whole generation of Jews who are needed to guide America into the New World Order. Most likely, Jews would liken such an event to a holocaust of the computer-literate Jews. Hence, Congress and the courts would never approve.

WordPress "suspended" my blogsite ("Nomoonnight") and annihilated over 100 pithy blogs. They did not and would not explain why. They merely cited their "rules." If ninety-nine blogs were published, did the one hundreth run afoul of their rules? WordPress, as with all Jewish operations, has the chutzpah to do whatever it wishes. Among the non-Jewish leaders in America, none of the men have the "man" to criticize Jewish destructiveness. Most are willing supporters of offenses against reason. It pays off well enough for them.

Throughout the summer I have seen "unknown forces" take control of my computer and set off a wild opening and closing of windows. They control my cursor. It is clear to me that they do this as a sort of temporary employment and as a labor of love. Love? Due to my frequent citation of Jews in unflattering ways, Jews take a special pleasure out of demonstrating their power over my personal computer. There is an inescapable implication that this could be done to my life outside the cyberworld. It is a form of intimidation. It is a variety of terrorism

Not to worry! Menachem Begin stated that Jews "invented terrorism." More than a few Russian tsars and nobles could attest to that gift for violence. But don't expect that Homeland Security would acknowledge the obvious: If Jewish terrorism in America isn't ended, any fight against terrorism is futile.

KISS OF DEATH

The election for the Democrat candidate for mayor of the District of Columbia ("DC") is over. The current mayor was not selected to be the Democrat candidate for the Fall election. In DC the Democrat candidate is considered a "lead-pipe cinch" to be mayor after the election vote is ended. That Democrat candidate will be the invincible Vince Gray.

For the time being The People will have to endure the present mayor, Adrian Fenty. Will he be seen bicycling about with a platoon of Metropolitan police clearing a path for "His Honor?" Most likely, Mayor Fenty will plan a few trips to fabulous locations, observing and offering advice on how to ease from an automobile culture to a bike culture. (Can surries with fringe on the top be far away, Fenty-observers wonder.)

Needless to say, Adrian Fenty was supported by The Washington Post. The Post as an institution has taken a Neo-Feudalism position for years. The rich ("Lords") and their entourage of advisers should rule a peasantry made fit by hard work and restricted, healthy diets. The rich would see that the poor had a subsistence living, and the poor peasants would send their children to fight the enemies of the rich - typically people not yet willing to give it up to the Lords.

The Washington Post, as well as the great media empires, see a progressive, even evolutionary, society as the fruit of their illuminated vision. The Lords, such as Donald Graham, will demonstrate noblesse oblige toward the teeming masses yearning to be flimflammed.

But hold on! Adrian Fenty was the choice of The Washington Post. And Adrian Fenty lost. How can this be? Has the dream of the rich been betrayed?

Savants of the people have noted that The Washington Post also supported Creigh Deeds for governor in the last Virginia election. What gives? It is true that there were rumors that Donald Graham and Catharine Weymouth thought "Creigh" was "Cree." The implication was that The Washington Post supported him because its leaders thought they were supporting a Native American.

Whatever was the case in the Virginia race, the support of the Democrat by The Washington Post proved to be useless. Now, after the people rose up in DC to cast out Adrian Fenty, also loudly supported by Donald, Catharine & company at the Post, there also arose the thought: Endorsement by The Washington Post is like a "Kiss of Death."

L'AMOUR ARGENTINOISE

As is often the case in the Washington, D.C. area, when driving, I find myself listening to my preferred traffic station on the radio. It is a station that tosses in weather reports, sports news, local & world news, interviews and commentaries between traffic updates. The people one encounters on it can be amusing. One such is "Dave," who is a commentator.

He had gone to theatrical lengths to build up the "macho" image of Richard "Dick" Cheney to make the point that if such a "real he-man" saw nothing objectionable about homosexuals openly "being homosexual" in the U.S. Army, how could mere mortals object.

I had offered a modest correction to this sham by noting that Cheney's daughter was a Lesbian presently enjoying connubial bliss with her bride-partner and that Cheney's wife was alleged to be an author of "hot Lesbian pulp novels." She allegedly used a nom de plume. My point was that "Dave's" peon to the manly Cheney might be overstated. Perhaps Mr. Cheney has a Village People's standard of manliness. Give him a rifle for a prop, and he's ready for the stage. Mere mortals might even be more macho than the former Veep.

Comes now again old "Dave" to comment theatrically about the decision of Argentina to make "same-sex" marriages legal and fully equal to those of "opposite-sex" marriages. "Dave" carefully built the image of the fiery Latin lover, who was the incarnation of heterosexual love, for the listener to consider. He mentioned the Tango, while sensuous Latin music played in the background. As an aside, he marvelled at this legal decision being accepted in a Roman Catholic country. Doesn't "Dave" know that priests' lead and the faithful follow?

Generally speaking, "Dave" seemed to be saying that the "Dark Ages" of heterosexual love and marriage were finally evolving into a warm, tolerant "All Love" environment. After all, weren't sodomy and fistf--king just another kind of love? If that's good enough for the U.S. Army, Dick Cheney and Argentina, why would anyone object?

I have pointed out in blogs - not necessarily this one - that, if same-sex marriages were given legal status, such "married" couples would certainly adopt children. Since they do not normally reproduce according to natural procedures, their best course for continuation and even population growth reside in persuasion and abuse of innocent children placed in their care. In the latter case the abuse would begin in the mind of a child through "broadening," through a coercive "understanding" and through "lessons" in tolerance.

Incidentally, political power usually is a function of wealth, military power or effective block-voting. Numbers can mean clout.

As the Masonic culture in America demands that all travel the four roads to harmony - Liberty, Fraternity, Equality and Tolerance, "same-sex" couples, whether married or not, should find the law bulldozing away all opposition. There will certainly not be any from the Masonically infiltrated, "shell-christian" congregations, who despise discrimination as breaking the Law of Equality. Whether Roman Catholic priest or Protestant minister, the sermon is the same: "Get down and get it on!"

Incidentally, Admiral Mullen stated that the entirety of his military service included service with homosexuals. I don't believe that he ever explained exactly how he knew that they were homosexuals. Did they know that he was a heterosexual? Does he know?

I guess that it is inevitable that American soldiers will be bringing home a whole new category of "war brides."

THE CENSUS

Our leaders and their propagandists seemed miffed that some people seemed to be slow to comply to the mailed census form. To such people, it is a really annoying situation. They pretend to be calm, rational people, but their commentary betrays this guise.

Such an instance occurred today, as I was driving and listening to my usual traffic & weather station. One of their commentators began by mentioning the census form that had been mailed 0ut to every known household. Striking an air of surprise, he then stated that 2/3 of the households in Virginia had not yet complied. His indignation rising, he then opined that these were probably the same people who complain about their constitutional rights being lessened or threatened.

Although this hypothesis was stated without adducing any evidence, thus amounting to an ipse dixit argument, he inveighed against the paranoia exhibited by these tardy-filing Virginians. Here his voice had risen, and he had informed it with indignant emotion. Therefore, to his original, unimpressive argument he now added what amounted to argumentum ad hominem, meaning an argument against the person as opposed to what the person said, or argued. In this instance, he was denouncing the "paranoid" folly of 2/3 of Virignians, roughly, each of whom was guilty of the same charge. The fact that his argument was an informal fallacy could not possibly sway him. He was now lost in his fantasy of willful non-compliance. He fumed at the absurdity of Virginians claiming their constitutional rights had been violated when the constitution specifically stated that a census must be taken every ten years, wherein the number of citizens would be ascertained. Talk about setting up a strawman issue!

Personally, I have no idea why not all Virginians have complied. Usually, there are reasons, such as concentrating on the tax filing, Spring fever, and on and on.

Having "school-marmed" all listening Virginians on the fact that the census form was composed of only ten questions, this commentator petulantly informed them that being paranoid about the census was not a "core value."(The "core" may have been spelled differently but sounded according to the idiom.)

If setting up a non sequitur and then ranting about it is informed commentary, then I believe that such commentary will be ignored by Virginians, who will direct their attention at a sudden stretch of very pleasant weather and enjoy it. That is a Virginian's "core value." Being Hectored by Census Bureau "shills" is not.

RICHARD "DICK" CHENEY - MACHO MAN?

Although Mr. Richard Cheney, former Vice President of the United States of America in the time of "W." was characterized as a "hard-liner" on Iraq (not to mention Afghanistan and Iran), should he be considered a tough "man's man?" Does tough-talking backed by the muscle and blood of several hundred thousand soldiers constitute the essence of manliness? Could there be any possibility that a snarling, fang-baring dog wasn't actually up to a flesh-and-blood fight?

Mr. Cheney was known to hunt with other macho men, such as Justice Scalia and various "good old boys." The fact that he shot one of the latter "accidentally" was seen as further evidence of manliness. You got the feeling that he would have been a good soldier in places like 'Nam.

Some have wondered, however, if Richard Cheney might be psycotic. In wartime such a personality could be overlooked.

These thoughts welled up in my mind as I listened to one of the commentators on my traffic radio station of choice. The commentator was trying to make a favorable statement in regard to homosexual openness among applicable military men. As the public had recently been reassured on this issue by General Mullen, who stated that his entire military career had been served amid homosexual soldiers, a little reenforecement might serve to end this discussion once and for all. Presumably, this was the impel for the radio commentator to embark on the subject of "gays" in the military. [Leftist avoid the term "homosexual" as much as possible, since this term was thought to generate "rawer" images of this "different kind of love."]

Was it "tongue-in-cheek" that caused this commentator to use Richard Cheney as the final nail in the coffin of military homophobia? I can't say.

After setting the matter skillfully by stressing signature examples of Mr. Cheney's toughness (typically, something like bomb them, torture them, occupy their country, enslave them, etc.), this commentator then revealed that Richard Cheney had pronounce open gayness in the military compatible with a strong, disciplined group of fighting men (or women). This was an issue that was, in effect, a non-issue to the former vice president.

If this most macho of high executive officials saw no problem with open homosexuality in the military services, so long as it accorded well with military procedure and discipline, why should the lesser breeds of American citizens? This was the "thought for the day" offered by this clever commentator.

What he did not relate to his listeners was that Richard Cheney's wife wrote "potboiler" novels using a pen-name. They have been described as rather torrid descriptions of lesbian romances. Nor did this commentator mention that Mr. Cheney is the father of a lesbian woman, who has taken a woman to bride/groom. This couple have adopted a child - possibly two.

Personally, I believe that this sort of background influenced the former vice president in his pronouncement on gays in the military more than any well-considered argument.

D.C. METRO BREATHES SIGH OF RELIEF

There was a collective sigh of relief when Dan Snyder finally made a choice of football coach for the Redskins 2010 season. Whispering had become gale force. Fear was in the air.

Some knowledgeable Snyder-watchers felt certain that he could not restrain his wild, impulsive nature. Gamblers were beginning to lay bets with bookies, and the name "Joe Paterno" was increasingly being offered as a "Snyder-type coach."

Joe Paterno offered the Redskins owner a stellar, "winningest-coach ever" type of reputaton. Paterno would offer Dan Snyder the sublime pleasure of fooling everyone by "pulling a rabbit out of his hat" with a coach whose reputation and record were such that even the most savage Snyder critic would have to agree that his choice was outstanding. Frankly, no one would want to criticize Joe Paterno. It would be in football culture the equivalent of "dissing" America.

Perhaps because he has had such a beating by critics of the Redskins' performance over the last few years, Dan Snyder apparently opted for a "safe" selection: a former Super Bowl-winning coach. How Mr. Mike Shanahan performs as coach of the Redskins can't be known at this time. I'm confident Washington Redskins fans will welcome and support him - at least for three games.

Yet, some of Washington's savviest fans cannot help but wonder what it would have been like to have Joe Paterno commanding the Redskins into battle.

D.C. VS BILLBOARDS

Once again, Mayor Adrian Fenty has managed to appear peculiar. In this case there may be more than a little element of D.C. politicking. The mayor has got to start preparing for his next race for mayor. Fortunately, an absentee mayor has never been a political handicap in Washington, D.C. A mayor here is expected to enjoy as many "perks" as possible, while in office. Life is short; get what you can.

If the mayor is such a typical D.C. mayor, why do I dare to employ the word "peculiar?"

Today's news by television developed the issue of Mayor Fenty making a move against billboard advertisers in the District of Columbia. Apparently, a neighborhood association was organized to force the removal of unwanted billboards, which had long urged the public to buy this or that. As I recall there were two - possibly three - billboards involved. As far as I could tell, they provided a visual shield against some unsightly, abandoned houses.

As I previously mentioned, electioneering has already begun. Mayor Fenty has suddenly become attentive to the desires of this association formed to remove billboards from the city. This group does not appear to be without ambitions to "bring change" to the whole city. Mayor Fenty doesn't want to be their victim; there's just too much of the world he has not yet visited. He NEEDS another term of office.

Does this make him peculiar? No, it does not.

What is peculiar about the entire matter is that the buildings of District of Columbia are often given over to "artists" to paint images on building walls. Few of these have artistic merit. There are hundreds of buildings that have been "improved" by artist, craftsmen, amateurs (adult and children), and vandals. Some D.C. buildings have several images which make the word "primitive" seem suggestive of Michelangelo. They are eye-sores! The District government is very proud of this kindergarten image-making.

On the other hand the companies that construct the ad imagery include skillful photographers, models, set designers and ad copy. At least the imagery making falls under the category of "commercial art." If it is a lesser and more meretricious form of art, it still maintains the title of "art." This word cannot be said to truthfully apply to 90% or more of the image-making seen on District buildings' sides, backs, and even fronts. They are frivolous and without merit.

Parenthetically, the huge ads of commercial artists that sometimes can be seen from the East-West Freeway on adjacent buildings might arguably be described as "traffic hazards," due to the use of strikingly good-looking women in imagery that pitches a sale to the passing traffic. This can't be said for the District's beloved "The People's Collages" festooning the walls of many hapless buildings.

What is odd is that from top to bottom in the District of Columbia, this image-making with oils, spray-paint, and the like is viewed warmly as expressing the "diversity of inspiration" among the people of this city. Virtually no one in the District can distinguish a traditionally Western standard of beauty from a traditionally Western perception of ugly and incompetent.

The latter point underlies the District's descent into the egalitarian false-view of "It's all good!" In this limited sense, the District may be a kind of negative avant-garde leader, with the rest of America falling into the "V" formation which is typical of geese. In the District even the heads of famous Art Museums applaud the "people's art."

Can one praise or respect people of low standards - or none at all? This is the ugly essence of the movers and shakers of the District, as well as the masses of incompetent "artists" dwelling therein. Since the rest of the people are very comfortable with either, there is no real diversity in the District. The District is a confederation of people of pre-primitive sensibilities.

SKINS SCALPED

As a working stiff, I haven't had an opportunity to see the Washington Redskins play this year. As there has been so much controversy amongst the various elements of Redskins Inc., I thought I'd take a look at the Monday Night Football. In that featured game the Redskins would take on the New York Giants.

There was much chatter about Mr. Daniel Snyder hiring Mr. Bruce Allen as the new "general manager" of the Redskins, what that might mean to the future of Jim Zorn, the present football coach, and what it meant to the team and to the fans. Sports pundits perused every angle.

With that as a preface, I made bold to get a network featuring the Monday Night Football game to manifest itself on my quirky television. I succeeded.

Almost immediately I saw that this game was between a good professional football team (Giants) and Confusion Incarnate. The Redskins football team played such an inconceivably inept game that one wondered how they managed to maintain their status as a "National Football League" team.

Then it occurred to me that there may have been a plot amongst certain Redskins to "throw the game" to hasten the exit of Jim Zorn. I do recall Jason Campbell during the training camp period making some comment about Coach Zorn's "little arm." The reference was to the coach (a former quarterback) tossing a few balls to illustrate how he wanted a pass thrown on a certain pattern. Basically, I sensed then that Coach Zorn wasn't really respected by important elements of the team.

If the players aren't "into" a coach by one means or the other, he's going to have a hard time melding them into a team with a common purpose. Instead, there will be a bunch of individuals out there, each of whom cherishes his own thing. Patterns are run by receivers according to how they think they should be run, while the quarterback throws according to how he thinks the patterns should be run. The coach has his own views about how patterns should be run, but his results are so poorly realized that an new offensive play-caller is brought in midstream. He, too, has his view of how a pattern should be run. Professional anarchy replaced professional football.

Jason Campbell got so little protection from his offensive line that he became "unglued." How could anyone focus with several Giant hands swatting at his head on every play? Further, Campbell's short passes were so inept that they brought back memories of Redskin QB Schroeder. It can't help when one is 6' 4" and one's receivers are 5' 9", while Giants are pouring into the backfield.

There were laughable plays by the Redskins in this game. Not good!

Jim Zorn appears at press time as a pathetic, stupified mensch, blandly reaching for some credible comment to serve the wolves now gathered for the feast.

The Giant dominance was so complete that they were grinning from ear-to-ear half way through the second quarter. Party time!

I did have to commend No. 44 of the Giants, who ran very well. Eli Manning, Giant QB, also looked good. If the Giants get into the Play-Offs, they may go far. Getting hot at the right time is more important than regular season records.

If the Redskins didn't purposely "dog" or "tank," then they must be judged to be a frivolous bunch without much merit. There are too many chiefs in the organization and too few braves. If they had any pride, they might offer to give back some of their pay. Not that Mr. Snyder needs it, but it might go to some worthy cause.

SCHMOOZING WITH THE DEAD

Your faithful, ambulance-chasing John Q. Public was doing his thing yesterday, listening to my preferred "Traffic, Weather and 'News'" radio station, when I was startled to hear the name of Adrian Fenty, mayor of Washington, D.C. mentioned. Mayor Fenty is the arrogant bikester and "homeboy trotter" who has been mentioned before by me in my blog comments.

What was the issue that engendered a reporter/commentator's indignation which his radio audience was forced to consider?

Let me provide the readers who are not denizens of D.C. Metro some recent history. The owner of the Washington Wizards (formerly Baltimore Bullets) died recently. He was also a prominent figure in the real estate scene locally. He may have properties elsewhere, also. Still, he is best known for building a sports arena in Largo, MD, which is in Prince Georges County (D.C. suburb), and subsequently, a new sports arena in a relatively unpromising area of the downtown. This new facility is the present home of the Wizards professional basketball team.

In conjunction with the Washington Convention Center the new facility built by the Wizard owner was credited with creating a "renaissance" in that part of downtown Washington, D.C. This renewal was not one of beautiful architecture that seized the imagination of the viewer and impowered the spirit to greater achievements. No one has ever lauded the gentleman-owner of the Wizards on that score - at least no one credible in the area of aesthetics. This renewal was of populations of well-heeled individuals flowing regularly to these two facilities (and to the forest of hotels and restaurants that have arisen to cater to their needs). It is money funneled into this area by fans and convention-goers that revitalized the area. How welcomed this money was!

The buildings themselves are like a cluster of warts on the skin: fascinating, perhaps, to a dermatologists, but not reckoned of much merit or value as examples of architecture to the well-balanced mind.

This owner of the Wizards and builder of buildings became quite rich over time. He was praised for his philanthropy. He appeared to be a man who wanted to leave the world a better place than when he came into it. This in itself would separate him from the great mass of humanity. He retained a certain degree of humility.

A friend within the Jewish community of Washington, D.C., who was a principal in the Giant Food Co. before it was sold, Israel Cohen (as I recall), had referred to him as a "mensch" ("a little man, a common man"). He was not trying to denigrate this owner and builder but praising him for retaining that quality. Perhaps for that reason also he had many devoted friends. He was married to the same woman for fifty-plus years, as I recall. He had children to carry on his way of doing.

This deceased owner of the Wizards was named "Abe Pollin." Clearly, he was a remarkable man.

However, probably contrary to his own character and inclinations, his death has been treated as if it were the death of an important head of state, or a globally revered figure, such as the late Pope John-Paul II or Sister Theresa. He is being presented in his death to first the high and then the low. Politicians of the highest rank have paid their respects. Mr. Pollin has been eulogized by Democrat, Republican, famous athletes, etc. Surely, he has been recognized enough; surely it is time to lay the man to his rest.

But, no. The media at the level of national news may omit certain matters, but the local media is locally focused. The death of Mr. Pollin is "too big" to simply drop.

For that reason this radio "talking voice" took Mayor Adrian Fenty to task for not attending one of the memorial events held in behalf of - of - of the memory of Abe Pollin. No one at this radio station (or anywhere else in Washington) is capable of saying when "enough is enough." Things like the death of Abe Pollin don't end until another bigger and better story arises.

This non-attendance by Mayor Fenty had been mentioned before on this radio station, which is apparently Mormon-owned and Jewish-operated (certainly in terms of talent). One might infer that there is a sub rosa defamation of Adrian Fenty as "anti-Semetic" from the pained tones of the questions regarding his "no-show" at a memorial event. How could anyone not weep and gnash his teeth at the death of such a man? the "talking voice" seemed to lament. The clincher in regard to this is that the radio "talking voice" wondered if Mayor Fenty had not "dissed" Abe Polin and/or his family by not attending the memorial event and, instead, flying down to Miami to watch the Wizards play.

True to character, Mayor Fenty refused to answer the question directly, but hid behind the skirts of his family. He's protecting his family, doncha know? He stone-walled all questions with his insufferable air of overweening arrogance.

What entered my mind was this: Why did not the reporters upbraid the basketball players who comprised the Wizards? They were well-paid beneficiaries of Mr. Pollin's search for a winning team - a champoinship team, which he wanted to give to the people of Washington, D.C. If the memorial event to Abe Pollin was so important, why would his team not be there? If one stated that Abe Pollin "would have wanted his team to play," then why is it not fair to urge that he "would have liked the fans to see the Wizards play, also?" It may be fair to speculate that his spirit was in Miami with his team and, perhaps, sitting right next to Mayor Fenty unbeknownst, rather than at the memorial event with all those other politicians and fakes mumbling pieties and "over-the-top" accolades..

I see in this a false piety, as well as inequality of treatment.

How could it happen? Many people who are not yuppies, urban pioneers, or manical bikesters detests Mayor Adrian Fenty. One really can't blame the radio station for "grasping at straws." However, maybe Fenty isn't all bad. Maybe he knew Abe Pollin better than the radio "talking voices."

Let Abe Pollin finally have his deserved rest.

Disparity and DISPARITY

There I was rolling along the George Washington Parkway, listening to my usual "traffic, weather and 'news'" radio station, when the datum fell upon my ears. Northern Virginia educational nabobs had uncovered disparity at an Alexandria school. This school caters to kids who are viewed by "authorities" as gifted intellectually or exceptionally talented. Are idiot savants welcomed? I can't say authoritatively, but they probably don't fit in.

Where is the disparity? Most of you would probably guess that the school was disproportionately Asian-American. Wrong! There seemed to be too many white students. Parenthetically, white students are the only students who don't possess a dignified, specifically geo-racial characterization.

Why is that? It allows census takers more flexibility in setting preferred proportions. That's not the only reason, but I don't want to get into hate issues in this blog. There is a sort of quota system operating. Having one category into which anyone can be tossed is very useful. Let me give you an example.

In the old Spotlight tabloid there was a second page which had several "News You May Have Missed" items. One day, I saw a brief article about an American citizen who had arrived from Egypt not so many years prior. He was classified as "white." He wasn't aware that this might be a liability until he applied for a minority grant or "set-aside." As I recall, he was an academic type, but he may have been otherwise employed. He was turned down because he wasn't a defined "minority," according to the law. The law provided some sort of affirmative access to the grants, et al, for African Americans, Asian Americans, women, sexually confused, and the like. I am referencing the "usual suspects" in minority set-asides/grants.

This Egyptian American was tagged as "white" and ineligible. He was pissed! In the story he lamented because he was darker and more African in his appearance than General Colin Powell, who was legally categorized as "African American." He planned to sue.

I've always maintained that it isn't easy being a white person. You are always both in a limbo category and - at the same time - you are "it" in all legal issues, as well as the "bad guy" in movies.

I believe that you have by now gotten my drift about the flexibility of this white category in the hands of census takers. I'm sure that there are sensible people working for the census bureau, but no one can strike a rational position, where asylum inmates command the institution.

The issue is disparity. Now this doesn't operate at the supreme Court, where Jews are represented at a disparate rate. It doesn't operate at the White House nor in the top positions of the Executive Branch, where Jews hold positions at disparate rates. It doesn't operate in the U.S. Senate nor the U.S. House of Representatives where the staffs of the collective committees and subcommittees are Jewish at a disparate rate. They gather the information and shape the policies that are basically "rubber-stamped" by senators and representatives.

Usually, the issue of disparity doesn't "touch" the high and mighty. The issue of disparity reaches down to the mensch, the little guy. Yet, it is still a good training exercise for the ascending "talent" that there is such a thing as power - and they don't have it. Since all these federal and state-sanctioned educational commissions/councils/associations are composed of Stepinanfetchits, they are anxious to please the "boss in the big house." Coming down on the side of "disparity" will never hurt your standing nor injure your resume among the powers that be in America presently.

As I recall, this Alexandria school had something like 58% white students. According to the report, there was under representation of African Americans and Latinos. How could there be such a result, unless discrimination - however subtly employed - was not a factor?

Equalitarianism is viewed as the first inflexible law of America. Since inequality cannot exist in nature, disparity of results is the first mortal sin. It is a sin of man against nature.

What I personally wondered was this: Of the 58% "white" student population, how many, or what percentage, were Jews? If a "correction" occurs in the future to rectify this disparity, will the resultant white category be disproportionately Jewish? (It may already be disproportionately Jewish).

Jews are counted as whites except when white are getting pummeled by the system; then Jews are a "religious" minority, who are exempt.

America is a nation where a minority rules over the majority, and confusion is the "letter of the law."

PRIDE GOETH BEFORE A FALL

The recent incidence of Mayor Adrian Fenty's mayoral regime provokes normal sensibilities. However, Washington, D.C., has so few such citizens remaining in the town that outrage cannot and isn't expected by anyone. He glibly signals his innocence and near inability to commit errors. Else, he merely refuses to answer. He peddles his political goods to his 500 dearest friends. Adrian's well-liked by "capitalist pigs." His intentions are noble, even visionary, as he fights "for ole D.C." He sees a shining D.C. nestled upon the Potomac River; it will be a beacon to all mankind (especially well-heeled ones, who share his love of the finer things.) He's part "Little Lord Fauntleroy" in garish sportswear that resembles "pantyhose" and part Artful Dodger.

What is truly disturbing about Adrian Fenty is that he is not alone. He represents a type of Post-Yuppie, Post-Urban Pioneer citizen, who dominates the levers of power in Washington, D.C. This is not to say that they are the ultimate "caller of shots" in D.C. Rather, the real power behinds the scenes allows these people to run amok throughout D.C. They are children on a tear. There is no half-baked idea that doesn't "grab" their imaginations. The only issue in debate is the matter of funding. In the language of children, they seek an "allowance" from Congress, tourists, and commuters.

They are all car-haters. Hence, any idea that is anti-car seems "responsible" and "wise." They hope to force a metropolitan area that has its population zooming to ride public transportation, forgetting utterly in its inability to do that task. They envision every street in D.C. to be a ghetto each of which is walled-in by buses which have been purchased as a "smarter way to travel."

They are seriously considering a trolley system. Why? Why use this older mode of travel when the government has previously abandoned it, and the provision of electricity suitable to keep it going is entirely outside the District officials' ability to guarantee? As Congress wrings its hands over exactly how to provision the booming population of America with electricity and other basic utilities, including water, the District of Columbia will have a vast quantity of trolley cars awaiting the required electricity, not to mention the construction of the system. People, such as Mayor Fenty, will be peddling about expressing enthuasiasm for the project and talking about the new jobs and tourist money that the trolley will bring to Washington. You should understand that what these D.C. creeps are expressing is "San Francisco-envy."

As a real leader, Mayor Fenty peddles around Washington, protected by motorcycle cops and provided by them with an eternal "green light," greeting his people (The Urban Arrogant), promoting fitness, and "envisioning" D.C.'s future. He sees twenty years ahead routinely. What do you call someone who sees things no one else can see? Whatever the proper term, one can say with certainty that he's not alone in dreaming. In the old days this collective "spell" was blamed on "swamp fever."

COULD IT BE ONLY COINCIDENCE?

Although lots of Washingtonians know it, very few outside our metropolitan area realise that a very satisfying event is in the making. There is new construction about to begin in earnest in Southeast Washington, D.C. Its symbolic continuity is almost breathtaking. A gigantic new residence is being constructed on the old grounds of Saint Elizabeth Hospital for the Mentally Disturbed. When completed, it will become the new fortress for Homeland Security. A sprawling "campus" is being fashioned for the new American KGB with its Orwellian title.

How do the French put it? The more things change, the more things remain the same!

Now, let me hasten to add that the name I provided is an approximation. We locals have always referenced it as "St. Elizabeth's" or simply, "St. E's." Everyone knew that it was the site where mentally disturbed individuals were placed. However, under pressure from the "Politically Correct Fascist Alliance" ["PCFA"], most never went further than that with the institution's title. In time the exact title of this hospital receded into the dark and hazy parts of the mind. Using it might create "a scene," if a member of the PCFA was at hand to scold about insensitivity.

However, not everone confined to St. E's was crazy. Ezra Pound was tossed into St. E's for political reasons. He was lucky, some think. Nuremberg Trials oversaw the murder of men not too dissimilar from Pound. People who effectively wielded words were thought to be at least as dangerous as Nazi swordsmen. Although Ezra Pound had no part in the Manhattan Project nor in the decision to bomb Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, he was consigned to St. E's for about thirteen years for dropping his dangerous views over the radio airwaves. Over that time period, Ezra Pound was visited by the likes of T. S. Elliot and Ernest Hemingway. They weren't the only men of letters who remembered this gifted man. They would not have continued visiting him and writing letters were he, indeed, "mad."

Of course, men such as Elliot and Hemingway were suspicious characters to the F.B.I., which investigated Hemingway and probably Elliot as well. After the F.B.I. became an international investigative arm of the "World Community," there was a need for a more locally-dedicated spy organization. Voila! Entrez-vous L'Homeland Security. Soon it was apparent to all: they don't take no crepe from anyone!

Initially headed by a quazi-Christian Fascist, Homeland Security was soon under the direction of Michael Chertoff. It was rumored that in Russian his name meant "devil" or "damned." As many people observed, he didn't give a damn about the victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Ezra Pound was the sort of man that Homeland Security would have viewed as "dangerous." He would have been spied on by the government; he would have been spied on by special interest groups that specialize in "monitoring" Americans who don't share their agenda. Indeed, if Homeland Security's new home has a detention center where dangerous people could be confined, then Ezra Pound, were he still alive, would probably once again find himself confined on old familiar turf.

What was that again? What did the French say? Cha - cha - changes, do they ever really happen at all?

WHEN NEWSPAPERS HATE

It is said that bad money drives out good. Maybe the same applies to newspapers. Years ago in Washington, D.C., there were at least three or four newspapers to choose from. Some took the "high road" and some took the "low road" in reporting events. Some were more focused on local matters, some more focused on national matters, and others devoted quite a lot of space to world affairs.

In the latter category was The Washinton Post. Its owners were from internationally oriented groups. They guided the Post accordingly. Hence, a confident vision of the future was proffered to its readers. The Post beckoned Washingtonians and world leaders to join them in the world's tomorrow - today. Sure, the Post was accused of being too liberal, too international, and/or too intellectual. How naive we were then!

As it turned out, the Post had taken a "high road" at a high price; they had repressed normal thoughts until such thoughts became twisted, broken and festered within the body of the medium. How could the Post escape sickness?

For the last several years, The Washington Post has periodically flashed the unwholesomeness within. This week from the mouth of the Post issued utterly foul hate which was discharged upon a Virginian, whose only crime had been running for governor as the Republican candidate.

Is The Washington Post at heart perverted? Why does it think it can employ the language of hate, while denouncing "hate crimes" in the presence of solons of national legislation?

MAYOR FENTY: AVANTGARDE OR 'BAMA?

Mayor Adrian M. Fenty of Washington, D.C., is a thoroughly modern politicians, according to criteria used by the contemporary press. He's a "comer" who may be leading a Democrat presidential ticket in eight or ten years. This is especially true if the "movers and shakers" in D.C., including Capitol Hill, can "upgrade" the District of Columbia" into the "State of Columbia." A "make-over" certainly seems possible, especially if all the really positive, enlightened people put their shoulders to it. Governor Fenty is a better platform for president than Mayor Fenty.

Besides being, in the words of Woody Allen, a "glibe, young cosmopolitan," Mayor Fenty is a man of vision. He sees a shining city in a swamp. It's future D.C. All that's needed is a little funding. Construction will be a big part of it, and Metropolitan Washington D.C. has some of the richest builders in America just waiting for politicians to offer them a deal they can't refuse.

Therefore, Mayor Fenty appears to be a "hot" politician. He gets things done.

Still, for all the glittery facade, there is reason to believe that he's just another D.C. 'Bama.

The African American Establishment in Washington, D.C., arose from ambitious sons and grandsons of slavery. A steady train of African Americans worked their way north to D.C., as well as to other places. The liberating forces that began most significantly during the FDR/Truman years carried more of these African Americans into prosperity. The "Ole Southern Charm" of Washington, D.C., was, in a sense, preserved by the established African Americans, rather than the dwindling numbers of White Southerners who still called Washington, D.C., home. The "Gold Coast" in Washington, D.C., was the heart of "Black Dixie."

For many years observant African Americans in small towns throughout the South could see what the White leadership was doing that was working well and what they were doing that was not working well. There was no money-generating plot that worked better than "taxing" Yankee cars passing through the town. They could be "nailed" coming and going. Sheriff's could be creative about moving violations.

A favorite trick was for a major route, allowing 65 miles an hour speed for cars, to pass through a "town" of ten shacks that mandated 15 mile an hour speed limits. Additionally, car break-downs in these robber-barron citadels could end up costing a bundle, starting with the tow.

As Yankees got wealthier and yearned to sample Florida sunshine, the flood of cars heading South became a bonanza. None of this was lost on the leaders of the African America communities in these scattered but numerous towns throughout the New York to Miami corridor. They saw the Scott-Irish preying on their northern neighbors' caravans. They saw that it worked. Ambitious people don't forget money-making schemes. They may re-package them, but they are going to use them again. Why? Because they have seen that they work.

African Americans came up from the South, perhaps bearing little material wealth, but they had within their heads the knowledge of the tried and true means of making money. Tax the "strangers' cars." Money from various routes came to this core of 'Bamas during their transplant years in Washington, D.C. Many grew very wealthy. They created the African American Gold Coast and came to dominant the very important African American institution in D.C., the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge.

It is the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge that has given the local community most of its African American leaders. It has also preserved the "hidden knowledge" of the 'Bama: Tax the Strangers' Cars.

Mayor Fenty is a scion of this tradition. I would be surprised if he was not a member of the Prince Hall Masonic Lodge. I would be surprised if he were not well-known to the Gold Coast Establishment. But, even were he an alien to both, he would still bear in his soul the essence of the D.C. 'Bama: Tax the Strangers' Cars.

Mayor Fenty and former Mayor Williams were and are the High Priests of Vehicular Terrorism. It is my thesis that Robber-Barons aren't "Knights in Shining Armor." This conclusion should be perceived as a political caveat.

D.C.'S NOVEL POLITICS

Washington, D.C. is a city bred to politics, and a political ethos is everywhere evident. In no area of politics has Washinton, the District of Columbia, been more avantgarde than in absentee mayoral leadership. Mayor Fenty has now passed former Mayor Williams as "King of the Road." Whether gay Paris, a Caribbean beach, or meretricious Las Vegas, count Mayor Fenty "in." Absentee mayors are getting to be an urban norm.

Ruling by mobile phone has become very popular with politicians. A few key staff members remain in Washington, the District of Columbia, ever-ready to receive a Fenty-gram or cellphone-ukase. D.C. mayors are thinkers - doncha know? They need to leave the limelight of the Washington fast-life to think about their next five year plan. Stimulated by pleasantly undulating young hips, keeping time to exotic music, the political mind of Mayor Fenty becomes very fertile, siring ideas likety-split.

This is why they were elected - right?

Perhaps no intense political "brainstorming" by a Washington mayor equals that of the struggle against the constitutional design for the nation, which included the District of Columbia as the national seat of government. Just as Freemasons believe that God erred here and there in His design of the Universe generally and Earth specifically (if only He had been advised by the Brotherhood!), so the mayors and pols of Washington, D.C. believe that the Founding Fathers erred. How? The great bulk of Washingtonians will tell you at once: the District of Columbia should have been a state from the outset.

The vanity of these "people of politics" in Washington, D.C. make Ozimandias appear quite modest. Is there an inherent immaturity problem laying waste to sound vision in the District of Columbia? Possibly, but if so, it is an immaturity shared with a majority of "thinkers" on Capitol Hill.

The three main groups of "power-lunchers" in Washington's local government - Freemasonic Blacks, wealthy homosexual "urban pioneers" and Jewish lawyers/office-builders - want to attend meetings of the governors of the fifty states, as equal schmoozers. They yearn to proclaim to their peers that the "great sovereign State of the District of Columbia supports this or that, or opposes this or that. Nay! Not "State of the District of Columbia" but the "sovereign State of Washington II" (too?).

In Washington, D.C. status, turf, and "pecking order" are THE preeminent issues. From it money and fun flow. Hence, by this piece of information the bitter whining about not being a "sovereign state" can be made comprehensible to the "outside" world. ["They don't understand what were trying to say!"]

Every year, Congress grants the District of Columbia a few billion dollars of "other peoples' tax money" ["OPTM"] to try to run a proper government. Every year they fail miserably. It is the sort of place that overpaid "chieftains" abound. They "do lunch" a lot.

One example is the curious pavement on streets in the District that resembles a "sketeboard park" because of all the "rolls and dips" on flat terrain. Clearly, substandard asphalt/paving material is used, as contractors dilute the mix.

Another example is the recent subway train collision. No one in the District EVER thought of a "back-up" system to act as a second monitor of the positions of its speeding or stopped trains.

Still another example is the lack of water hydrants and inadequate water pressure, that seemed to combine to be the "cause" of a real-estate-enriched heiress losing her house and its "priceless" art collection to fire, recently. Sadly, she had probably "entertained" many of these same D.C. politicians at that very home, which is now in ashes.

It is my unofficial understanding that D.C. politicians are "looking into" these problems and that "blue-ribbon" committees are planned to investigate these matters, if Congress will just appropriate "investigative" money.

SUBWAY TRAINS COLLIDE

This latest -and tragic - episode of subway mishap underlines the foolishness of the Washington, D.C., government in attacking cars to force huge numbers of workers to utilize subways and buses. Not only is this subway system inherently limited in its capacity to "haul people," but the bus system is also inherently limited. Although the idiots running Washington, D.C. (and advising this leadership) believe that the use of bicycles and jogging will take up the slack left by rail and bus inadequacy, there is no means of conveyance that can replace automobiles. Use of motorcycles and motor scooters can provide a useful alternate for some. Most people will require a car. They may pool vehicles.

Given this reality - and it is a reality, if Washington is to remain well-populated, one would think that the mayor & council would start the necessary process of going vertical. However, the "robber baron" mentality of the leadership of Washington, D.C., makes any practical plan stillborn by the heavy burden of taxes which they inevitably levy.

These are certainly not the first para-tyrants to envision grandiose schemes for their city. Typically, their "visions" eventually require slaves to complete the labor, as no one would do the work for the hire. Where workers "net" only blisters, which of them will long remain a worker? Hence, they must be compelled by armed force.

Mayor Fenty has a complete scheme for the Southeast Waterfront. Marvelous buildings, entertainment facilities, housing, et al, will enliven as well as grace beloved Washington. Every restaurant will be five-stars, and there will be a bunch. Great chefs from all around the world will be gathered to operate these restaurants. Luxury yachts from around the world will - swanlike - patrol the enchanting waterfront. There will be many new jobs created by these restaurants. Newspapers and television stations will send a plague of "food critics" to daily consider the fare proffered. All their grading systems will be different and obscure.

Who's going to pay for all this development? For the most part only those that get a "tax break" from the leadership of Washington. Once they build the structures and open for business, who is going to pay for their goods and services?

One "natural" is the horde of overpaid consultants advising Mayor Fenty, President Obama, and anyone else who can "pass the check." Assisting them will be the horde of lawyers that assist government to squeeze money out of whoever has it. They'll naturally want a luxury condominium overlooking the revitalized Anacostia River. Such construction will naturally bring in a horde of lobbyist trying to get a cut of Fenty's Tenderloin District. Older Gay Washingtonians, wealthy from urban pioneering, may choose to transfer their shanks to the glistening new face of Washington. ["One gets so tired of the puke and stench of Georgetown and Dupont Circle."]

If the Iranian government is overturned, Mayor Fenty may offer asylum to those wealthy members of the fallen regime ("refugees?"), who no doubt have "bagged" a bunch of oil loot.

In short there are some well-funded individuals out there. Perhaps wealthy athletes may decide to move into Mayor Fenty's wonderland. If athletes, why not entertainers. If President Obama and Mayor Fenty used their vision and their charm, maybe Hollywood film moguls and stars might purchase a luxury unit.

All rich people need servants. There would be a boom in servitude.

Therefore, with such marvelous prospects for the future "makeover" of Southeast Washington, why should the leadership of Washington, D.C. tolerate (hateful word!) automobile drivers? The only way they can be rationalized by the leadership's high-priced advisers is if they will submit to a heavy commuter tax. "If you want to play, then you got to pay!" chortle the mayor and the council.

The problem is that most of them don't go to Washington to play; they go to work.

ABUSE OF TERROR

The recent events at the Holocaust Museum brought transient moments of terror into the lives of some 2000 people who happened to be visiting the museum at that time. Such people are shaken by the thought that they might have been the one who was shot and mortally wounded. A blend of "bad vibrations" lives on within these people for weeks thereafter, as they play out various scenarios and ramifications. For some the experience of a non-specific form of guilt may leave them depressed. For all those who experienced that bloody moment, it was a "bad trip" that will live on for some time - perhaps the remainder of their lives.

However, people are resilient. I believe that most people overcome disasters, whether manmade or "acts of nature," such as volcanic eruptions or earthquakes. Humanity was endowed with a good portion of "moxie" from the outset. That was a good thing, as they regularly have to exhibit it at numerous times and places on this good Earth. Victory may go to the swift, but it also goes to the tough and resourceful.

The importance of the Holocaust Museum's Day of Blood may not be the event per se, but rather, the derivative events that may cause permanent changes in the laws by which we live in America. With the media leading the way, powerful interests will certainly used this event as an opportunity to pass legislation that would permanently wound and cripple the beloved First Amendment. This may well be attempted in several ways that need not be apparently related.

On Capitol Hill there will be rushed into sloppy form a potpouri of previously planned legislation. which have the thrust of preventing "hate crimes." A Bill which protects Jews, Blacks, Latinos, Asians, women, homosexuals, lesbians, transgenderites, warlocks, witches, Rock Stars, vertically- &/or horizontally-challenged people, and Satanists may roll out for a vote before the Fourth of July. President Obama will announce his enthusiatic support for this legislation.

On Capitol Hill there will be rushed into sloppy form a potpouri of previously planned legislation to limit the sale of firearms, bullets, knives, forks and spoons. Anyone who violently uses such weapons with discernable, assumptive, or hypothetical hate on Jews, Blacks, Latinos, Asians, women, homosexuals, lesbians, transgenderites, warlocks, witches, Rock Stars, vertically- &/or horizontally-challenged people, and Satanists will automatically receive a mandatory five year sentence and a one million dollar fine. There will be ardent cries to repeal the Second Amendment. Intellectuals will reason that only Homeland Security should have guns, because they only exist to "protect us."

Sincere futurists may envision and polemicize the need for society to abort post-natal humans who have been deformed by Nazi doctrines, "racism," and Anti-Semitism. They will point out that if Hitler's idea of a Germany owned and operated by Germans found exceptance, then the Era of Anti-Semitism will have been enthroned. If such doctrines were accepted everywhere, there would be no place for Jews to call home - other than the State of Israel (sic). The community of western intellectuals would unite to buy a full page in the New York Times, denouncing such a trend. Congress can be expected to hold "hearings" on this matter. President Obama pledges to support a diversity of Jews in high places throughout the world. Obama assures: This is what democracy is all about.

Opposition to growing neo-Nazi influence, said to now number in the scores of people, will impel Congress and the White House to pass a law to abolish unwarranted freedoms in America. Congress will then promise to imprison every American, if that's what's needed to preserve our precious freedoms.

HELPING THE POST OFFICE

I have been grieved to hear that the United States Postal Service is suffering from money issues. I've had some myself and can vouch for the Postal People's pain. Yes, being broke isn't a young man's dream of the future. Still, as we like to say: What it is!

I have a suggestion. Given the speeding and jaywalking in the Post Offices' parking lots, why not issue tickets? A few hidden cameras which are well calculated to catch people jaywalking could easily make a bunch of loot.

Every time I go to the regional USPS in Merrifield, VA, I find myself almost backing over a visitor, who has chosen to walk right behind my car. Individuals aren't the only problem. Mothers will push their babies right behind a car clearly preparing to leave. People refuse to go the "long way" by utilizing the sidewalks. Only jaywalking citations will get the correct response.

D.C. REPS DECLARE CONCEPTIONAL STATEHOOD

On the frontpage of Technorati for April 7, 2009, was a citation from an article, which read: "The D.C. Council voted today to recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states, on the same day that Vermont became the fourth state to legalize same-sex unions...." (Emphasis added.)

Since the District of Columbia has many well-educated residents, who tend to be interested in political matters, the wording above is most likely not arrived at by accidental misusage. Further, since the whining legend on license plates issued to cars and other motor vehicles by the District of Columbia make plain to all but the absolutely obtuse that the political leadership understands that the District of Columbia isn't a state of the union but merely the territorial seat of the national government. If these politically interested residents of D.C. wanted to live in a state of the union, all they need do is move to Maryland or Virginia, both of which are only a few miles away.

These are arrogant people. Arrogance and misplaced anger are the two most recognizable traits of residents of the District. They are often apparent when promoting a self-serving cause. Hence, it's not lack of intelligence but disfiguring traits that engender obvious misstatements, such as above cited.

The expression "other states" suggest that the District of Columbia is a "state of the national union." It suggests that there is parity between it and "other states." It is an arrogant "reach" and false comparison.

Although the District of Columbia is not a state of the national union, meaning the United States of America, it is a "state" of the United States. This strange situation came about after a series of deliberations around the turn of the 20th century by the Supreme Court which were collectively called the Insular Decisions. In these series of cases the Court decided that there were three United States. One was the national union of sovereign states. Another was the U.S. represented as a Sovereign among other nations. The last was the United States as a municipal power which exercised "exclusive Legistive Power" through Congress over the Seat of Government, military bases & depots, territories and enclaves. In the latter "United States" Congress functions as the exclusive sovereign, unlimited by the Constitution, or by other branches of government.

By craft and facile terminology our leaders have been able to extend the municipal power of Congress over the citizens of the sovereign states by extending them "privileges," acceptance of which would then effectively waive one's constitutional protections. By this means national law was largely replaced by public policy, which benefits were granted to its "subjects" by the sovereign Congress, rather than "Unalienable Rights" bestowed by God. For the same reason everywhere in every formerly sovereign state, the federal government asserted the primacy of its law. This is the same as asserting its jurisdiction.

No one seemed to care one way or another. The prevailing idiom is: I don't care so long as I get my share. This is pretty much the message in "gangsta rap."

However, one can't really expect to fairly reap more than one sews. Hence, Americans have become rather morally loose. This brings us back to the residents of the District of Columbia. You can't get much looser than these folks. Besides being one of the few jurisdictions with rising levels of AIDs, these brainy Sodomites and their supporters have taken to falling on the streets to block traffic in protest against the ravages of this disease, which is peculiar to proponents of aberrant sexual practices. From this starting point a secondary wave of victims is created.

One of the leaders of the D.C. Council, a Mr. Graham (not known to be a blood relative of Donald Graham, son of Katherine Meyer Graham, the late owner of The Washington Post Company), publicly expressed himself as incensed at the comment of a Montgomery County, Maryland, politician at a public forum that included the word "aberrant" in regard to homosexuality. Needless to say, Mr. Graham is a proud homosexual and publicly-elected D.C. representative. He, his friends, his allies and his supporters not surprisingly are in favor of "gay marriages" or, at a minimum, "same-sex unions."

Therefore, when on the occasion of this supremely unwise and cruel legislation being enacted in Vermont, as it had been in a few other states, this event also offered the D.C. Council an opportunity to support this legislation in principle but also to word it in such a way as to suggest peerage between the sovereign states of the national union and the District of Columbia, seat of the national government. Proponents of "Gay equality" and "states' rights" for the District of Columbia could join forces behind the Council's vote of "recognition." They could be confident of media reportage being favorable.

In a nation ravaged by venereal diseases and tattoos, the signs of outlawry are visible on the very skin. Could their legislation be less bold?

For the last few months I've been listening to the morons and criminals who run America, "puzzling" over the collapsing American economy. After weeks of listening to politicians and "experts" dithering about the best approach to our current problem, these people, led by the "action-Jackson" president, W., have decided to bail out the politically powerful "money-center" banks. Why?

This is a pointed question which most Americans should know but which almost none do, in fact, know. Money is created and injected into the political economy by banks. Therefore, when our political economy becomes increasingly cash-strapped, it must turn to the only source for additional money - banks - or do without. Folks, in America, money is LOANED into the system through various debt instruments and "lines of credit." This is true for all cash currency, most of which is "virtual" or "conceptual" currency.

Tokens, such as quarters and dimes, are the perverted remnant of Constitutionally Lawful coins, which were stated amounts of gold and silver. Our Founding Fathers had not discovered "super-strong" aluminum at this time. It is true that the Constitution gave Congress the power to regulate and adjust the grains of gold or silver in a dollar. At that time, apparently, few statesmen perceived the future derashic interpretations of these stipulations, which interpretations were worthy of the most bizarre rabbinic mind, as expressed in the Talmudic and para-Talmudic commentary. Congress and the Executive Branch, especially after 1939, increasingly made the Organic Law of the Nation of "none effect" by their interpretations and policies, which inaugurated a "new tradition in America." The Judicial Branch rarely restrained their madness, as they were "filled with nuts" also. Don't expect to learn that from the media, which has insinuated itself as a "fourth branch of misgoverance."

With the passage of the Federal Reserve Act of 1913, the Establishment acceded to the Era of the Lawful Money Trust, which it greedily placed in the private hands of its banking members, dominated by the "money-center" banks of Manhattan. From this time forward, when the Federal government wanted money, it borrowed it from the Federal Reserve Banks, which were guided by an appointed Board and included a Committee that drew upon leading figures in the ten Federal Reserve Regions. The immense "loans" brokered for the Federal Government were typically banked in accounts at the various money center banks, such as, originally, Chase Manhattan, Marine Midland, Chemical New York, First City Bank of NY, J. P. Morgan Guaranty Bank, et al. From these banks the federal "money" made it ways both through the national economy and, increasingly, the global economy.

Interestingly, the "U.S. Money" was actually a "Federal Reserve Note" denominated in "U.S. Dollars." A financial note is a promise-to-pay a certain amount at a certain time, generally, although the note might be very long-term, or even "open-dated." Hence, a note is a debt instrument.

At the beginning of the Federal Reserve System, banks could and did exist outside the system. There was in existence and circulating "greenbacks" that were silver certificates or convertible into gold coin. At that time a man could take a twenty dollar Federal Reserve Note and convert it into a twenty dollar gold or silver coin. When I was a lad, "silver dollars" and "silver mercury dimes" were common and obtainable from any bank. After the French and others began to make serious dents in the U.S. gold supply by presenting U.S. Dollars (FRNs) for conversion, Nixon cut the gold-backing of our currency, making its value dependent upon the kindly restraint of "dime-a-dozen" politicians. The rapid debasement of the value of our currency followed.

One might say that Washington, D.C., was a sort of "model for America" during the 1970s forward. Politicians and appointed "public servants" got richer, the city got worse, and the poor got poorer.

Further, the Federal Reserve System, created to protect the nation from "booms and busts," had an operational procedure that created "booms and busts." The whole system depends upon integrity and intelligent application of credit. For greedy, "me-now!"-types, this approach seemed stupid. "How! You only live once. Grab what you can!" This Harvard-Yale-educated financiers approached Wall Street and "money center" banks much after the fashion of Washington D.C. hoodlums executing a "rip-and-run" move. Integrity, shall we say, was out of style. Looting the "profane" was "in." Well-known, large corporations were gutted and looted under the emblem of "mergers and acquisitions," while their longterm workers were "pink-slipped." In times American financiers and corporate CEOs were altogether too big for America. They moved plant after plant off-shore, although willing to send an executive underling to listen to "incentive pitches" from pitiful human specimens occupying the positions of state governors. Each state vied with others to land a plant that had to be bribed to set up temporary shop in a given state. With such governers could lotteries, slot machines and race tracks be far behind? These became the opiate of the masses, while financiers, entertainers and politicians vied with one another for leadership in extravagant living.

Under these conditions is it strange to find banks entering the fields of speculation and extravagant lifestyle? Top bankers made big salaries and bonuses, and, when their ineptitude was apparent, they were eased out with "golden parachutes," enabling them to rest and recuperate in suitable splendor. In time they might accept a high, appointed position in a Washington, D.C., Executive Branch cabinet or agency, thereby availing the seated president of the opportunity to utilize "our best minds" to help formulate national and international policies. From such men "weapons of mass destruction" can be envisioned from a goatherder's fart.

The legacy of Harvard-Yale-educated financiers and "public servants" is about nine trillion dollars of U.S. debt. Not to worry! Their plan is to wreck the value of the FRN "dollar" so that the extraordinary amounts of U.S. currency held by foreign nations lose significant value, cutting the burden of the debt these pools of currency represent by that percentage drop. Foreign nations are encouraged to buy U.S. Treasury bonds, so they'll get some interest, which will help offset the loss of inherent purchasing power of the currency they hold. Foreign nations may prefer to buy land in America as an investment. Perhaps excess populations of Chinese peasant farmers can be brought over to work agricultural lands inwhich the Peoples Republic has invested. This would "free-up" American farmers to become Country and Western singing stars.

The fact that "ruining the value of the dollar" hurts the great bulk of American workers has little weight, since expatriation of industrial plants has gutted the strength of organized workers (unions), and the American worker is viewed as feckless, lazy, and unskilled. The VIPs of the political and corporate hierarchy fear only the garbage collection unions. Maybe that's why organized crime went into this conservative investment.

I've tried to give you some idea of the folly of putting money creation in the hands of private banks. They have a "track record" of depressions, recessions and booms. These events are subject to manipulations which work to the advantage of the Established Financial Order, aka, Resident Evil. They have been made kingpins of money creation. They have also been made the Lords of Destruction of the money that has been previously created. As Henry Kissinger noted: "Power is the ultimate aphrodesiac." Folks, these are perverts of finance, and their record proves it.

How do these ordinary banks create money ought of nothing? They take a $1000 deposit and place in a Federal Reserve Regional Bank the current amount due at the current Deposit Rate. For example, at a ten percent Deposit Rate, they would deposit $100 in their account at the Regional Fed Bank. Incidentally, they owe that $1000 to a depositor. However, they only keep $100 set aside to cover it. This allows them to loan to another individual the remaining $900. If and when they do find a willing individual to whom to make a loan, they, or another bank, deposit ten percent ($90) with the Regional Federal Reserve Bank and then take the remaining $810 and again try to find a willing individual to loan this money to. The process can theoretically continue forever, if people were interested in tiny loans and banks could make a profit from making such loans. As is evident from this simple example, the original $1000 has generated through the "magick" of fractional banking about $2700. It could well generate about $10,000. Assume that the original $1000 was deposited by means of ten $100 bills. All the remaining money generated up to about $10,000 was created out of nothing but book entries. It is both real money in terms of purchasing power and conceptual money. There is no physical reality to it. The closest that materiality comes to it is in the real objects it is used to purchase, such as houses, cars, etc.

For these loans collateral may be demanded. Equity in one's house, for example. If the bank must "call in" a loan but the loanee doesn't have the "cash," then the house may be taken in lieu of the "cash" obligation. Usually, this would happen when a boom begins to turn into a bust. A falling value to a home may threaten the loanee's obligation. It is a situation similar to a margin call. The bank may want more "cash" to keep the loan in "proper" order. If the loanee doesn't have the wherewithal, then the bank must take the collateral (house) and make the best of it. It might be hard to sell. The price accepted may be below the loan value. The remainer the bank "writes off." When a bank does this, the "conceptual" money created is extinguished. It officially is removed from Federal Reserve statistical aggregates. It no longer exists. Currency, such as a $100 bill, actually physically exists. However, most of the money in circulation statistically has no actual existence outside of computerized entries. Delete it, and it is no more.

From these simple outlines one should readily perceive how a "credit bubble" comes into existence, and the inevitable result of a leak that can't be fixed.

If banks are the source of money, their calling in of loans (created money) is the source of money scarcity. Writing off loans extingushes, or depletes, the statistical aggregate of money in amounts directly related to the written off amount. As this occurs, the profits of the bank may well lessen, unless offset by some financial bet that proved lucky. Wall Street begins rumor-mongering, and the stock of the bank begins to fall. If depositors withdraw money, then the fundamental asset of the bank shrinks. A "run" may mean either of two things: if the bank is huge, then the Federal Reserve will "rush in funds" to stabilize the bank, while politicians assure depositors their money is safe; but if its is small, it will have good assets absorbed by a stronger bank, and its bad assets written off.

As the money aggregates shrink in the early stages of a bust, banks become very conservative in their practices. They don't want to lose any depositors. Hence, their losses may be concealed to all but federal authorities and the private Federal Reserve System. This doesn't make them good candidates for initiating loans to prospective loanees.

Therefore, the difficulty of the late Fall economic staggering and the threatened collapse of the economy has been blamed by all the primary candidates for guilt, meaning politicians, economic advisers, the Federal Reserve System and its Board, the S.E.C., Wall Street, private banks and other debt mongerers., upon each other. This is a process that is untenable, so that all participants break off pointing the finger of guilt at each other and declare that the fault for the stagnating economy is the failure of ordinary Americans to spend. As is usual in modern America, the victim is accused of guilt.

How can money get into the political economy, if banks will not lend it into existence? Well, the Founding Fathers never expected this ststem to obtain. Abraham Lincoln directed the Department of the Treasury to issue legal tender paper dollars, called "greenbacks," which could be used to pay soldiers and suppliers. It is true that politicians connected to the banking establishment of the time were able to undercut the second issuance of greenbacks by not making them legal tender for paying taxes. Yet, the principle of legal tender paper money had been established in relatively modern times. Clearly, any system of money creation will fail if sabotaged successfully. That, then, is an issue for criminal law to settle.

This principle of the national goverment paying currency into the domestic political economy for needful purposes and in a prescribed, rational fashion should be the American System of Money Creation, as opposed to the Jewish System of debt-money creation through private banks and other debt mongerers. Not only is this evident to any rational mind, but a disguised form of money creation by the Federal Government has occurred recently. President George W. Bush and Congress agreed to issue money directly to ordinary Americans through the offices of the Internal Revenue Service, Department of the Treasury. If they had waited for private banking members of the Federal Reserve System to do it, it would not have been done.

The issuance of money directly to ordinary Americans privately shocked the Federal Reserve Board, which perceives this as a threat to private bank's money creation function. The Fed has suddenly pretended to be interested in entities other than money center banks. Doubt be taken in by this crocodilian predator.

America, demand that your Congress spend money into the economy by means of useful projects and that it not be loaned into the system by private banks. Let's end the Era of Debt.

ARROGANT PEDESTRIANS RULE D.C.

There is no place like Washington, D.C., for "homies" displaying "in your face" arrogance, as they brazenly walk across the street, exhibiting no understanding of "rules of the Road." Lest anyone suppose that I'm making cryptic slurs aimed at African Americans, let me hasten to add that my ire is raised by the insufferable "Neo-Yuppies" who are pouring into Washington to buy homes and condos. These people are super-obnoxious.

They must be "loaded," as you can't buy a doghouse in the District of Columbia that's under 200 grand (that's right, Big Ones). Well, I may be exaggerating a bit here. You get the picture. Further, since the District is "filled to the brim" with overpaid politicians, the first order of business is raising taxes to finance higher salaries for the politicians. After all, they want to get the best people money can buy. (Why these people are constantly embezzling big bucks is a curiosity, as they seem well paid.) Since they are competing with "private companies" for talent, they have to offer desirable employees big bucks. Otherwise, they'll go elsewhere. Real estate is one of the politicians' favorite "patsy." It adds to the cost of dwelling in D.C.

As I said, they're pouring in. I'm the poorest person "chasing ambulances," I fancy. I try to calculate how many ambulances it would take to get a condo in D.C. One problem, they are all billed as "luxury" dwellings. Screw the hustling mensch seeking a good tort action. Another problem is that these "Neo-Yuppies" are ideological--almost in the sense of a religious priesthood. They all carry pictures of Albert Gore, Jr. in their wallets. Woe to anyone who doubts the Global Warming Theory. You are treated with more contempt than if you questioned evolution. They will not suffer any "tainted" soul in their presence.

Now, these newcomers are not to be confused with the homosexual urban pioneers of the seventies, who moved into the DuPont Circle/Adams-Morgan areas. Many of these have become very wealthy as the prices of their dwellings skyrocketed. They merged with and blended with the newcomers to some extent, as they all share similar values. These values have been fruitfully described as Baalism-Marxism.

They all share a rabid disdain for cars. Commuters and delivery people especially irk them. They want to assert a pedestrian "right-of-way" but fear of being "hit-n-hurt" makes "cowards of them all." So, in frustration they glare at the motorists. Polluters! Endangering the planet! Why can't Mayor Adrian Fenty do something! (He has purchased a two-seater, European "clown car" to putsch around DC in.) You know what I'm talking about? Those tiny cars at circuses that fifty clowns crawl out of. It costs the District about 18 grand. Better he should get a used Camry! Mayor Adrian Fenty is a man of the people. Now, just who those people are should be apparent. Neo-Yuppies.

Human Opossums?

I cannot speak for other urban areas, but the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area seems to have a high level of pedestrians struck by cars as the pedestrian(s) walk across a roadway. As this area is also the citadel of "anti-carism," few are surprised that ruling politicians and appointed experts "finger" the vehicles involved in such incidents as "guilty as sin" in such events. Immediately, these politicians and appointed experts are loudly bewailing the overabundance of cars and trucks on the area roadways. This, they would have you believe, is the source of the threat to the pedestrian population. At the minimum some sort of heavy fine should be imposed on any car travelling faster than 10 miles an hour, or other absurd legislation, is bruited about on radio and television news.

The possibility that they may be aiming their legislative "thundersticks" at the wrong target is not considered, period. Why? These people are part of an America-wide, informal association, who are "agents of change" specializing in destroying the rule of the individual car in America. In their view the masses deserve only mass transportation. Why else do you call them masses?

The scenes of injurious events between people and cars are carefully measured and analyzed by police experts. If the car is at fault, then the incident is loudly covered by radio and television stations. The local Mormon-controlled WTOP never stops gasping, moaning and weeping about the dangers to pedestrians posed by cars or ceases attempting to discuss an injury to a hapless pedestrian struck in such an event. However, if the pedestrian is at fault, the story, if it emerges at all, dies quickly.

Let me say this much. In this area there are a set of "heavy-footed" drivers for whom 90 miles an hour is the least acceptable speed limit. Anyone is in danger from them. Such people are utilized by politicians and appointed experts as a pretext to penalize all cars as a threat to civilized living. The larger game afoot is the attack, using any method available, upon the operation of individual cars. According to the thinking of these people, the continuance of life on earth is in balance. For such people cars are worse than rats, or other noisome rodents or pests. Cars, therefore, must be taken to a "car pound" and put to sleep--preferably as scrap metal to feed the building frenzy in downtown Washington, D.C., where new sources of tax revenue are constantly demanded, and property taxes are perfect means of funding needed legislation, such as improved menus at government facilities.

As for pedestrians struck by cars, there must be a correlation between: "jay-walking," walking at night in the center of roads, while wearing dark clothing, walking "unconsciously" across streets while "listening to the radio" (probably at high amplification), walking across the street jabbering animatedly on the cell phone without any concern for red lights, green lights, yellow lights, or no lights at all, and the almost willful arrogance by those walking across the street in a liesurely fashion, while smirking at drivers who are forced to stop under green light conditions to let the creep safely by, and the high rate of collisions with such pedestrians.

Furthermore, due to the large numbers of immigrants to this area, there is widespread ignorance about the rules of the road, which all pedestrians should know. Many of these people may not be able to read warnings, interpret colors used as "signals," which are intended to be a warning. A word to the wise should be sufficient, but if the "word" is meaningless to a pedestrian, then the condition necessary to have a collision event is present.

Locals (I'm one) may give some bad examples to immigrants. Although we may know what we are doing in our "shortcuts," the newcomer may not. Knowledge can determine whether an event is "safe" to execute. Where there is insufficient understanding, the "safe" event may become any thing but safe.

Additionally, we have the entirely peculiar situations of immigrants and other "newcomers," coming from essentially a bicycle culture (or even less mechanically advanced), and being thrown into a satuated vehicular culture, even as the political and intellectual elite try to compel the entire society back into a bicycle culture (or worse). Crazy times in America. Put on your seat belts, folks!

The Great Oil Price "Rip Off"

Naturally, as a "man on the run," I don't care for these elevated gasoline prices. In my kind of profession--I should say my branch--it takes some time for the loot to roll in. There is a long, exacting "foreplay" before you can "cash in." I spend, spend, spend, just to get the opportunity to speak "tortmada," as we playfully term our legal snarework. Let's cut to the chase: I'm daily spending "big bucks" on gasoline--with nothing coming in to compensate. Some time in the future, the process may be justified. What if it's not? Not to kvetch!

Now, call me suspicious by nature, if you like. I just don't believe that there is any oil shortage in Nature. The shortage is man-made in so far that there is any at all. Why would statesmen, politicians, academicians, "think tankers," "big shot" lawyers, and top executives of business and banking want to do such an act against the general welfare? For if there is a shortage, these are the ones that put it over. Wall Street? Of course, once these vultures see the blood on the street, they are promptly driving the prices of everything in the area of commodities up. Most plan to sell out to the avaricious "little guy" following the "big birds of scavange."

There is a word for Wall Street's great "oil rush of 2008." Speculation. It eventually takes on a frenzied appearance. George Soros, for whom arrest warrants are outstanding in a hand-full of countries, was expert at driving up then, down a given country's currency. This is generally labeled currency manipulation. A nation's currency is treated as any commodity, such as oil, is treated. It has nothing to do with real supply and demand requirements. It is artificial.

Remember that word: artificial.

Americans have watched, as a herd of cows under a tree gazing forth incomprehendingly while chewing their cuds, as the New World Order constructed a connected global system. In this new system speculators preside, somewhat after the fashion of NYSE Specialists, except they have no interest in overseeing an orderly market. The great fortunes of the world are rarely injured by these events. In the case of a connected firm such as Baring Merchant Bank of Great Britain, it's demise was apparently acceptable to even better established firms. For even at this exalted level, a game of "musical chairs" is being played.

Why, you may ask, don't our politicians do something. About one third of the crowd on Capitol Hill are members of the global elite, or are their servants. They are not YOUR servants. About ninety percent of the rest are eagerly looking to eat what falls from these people's plates. Most of those who believe themselves far-sighted and responsible people are also people who key off their own special political favorites for hints as to the appropriate position to assume in public.

The issue is the price of a barrel of oil. This commodity is closely aligned with war and peace since the advent of the 20th century. It is still associated with oil and peace in the minds of many observers, of which I am one. Possession and/or control over it has generated strategic leverage for the few. This leverage creates both money and power. Henry Kissinger observed that "Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac." This puts power into a context that can bode ill for the general welfare.

One would also be wise to recall that to such elite individuals as the late Nelson Rockefeller and to such elite organizations as the Club of Rome, there are "too many people on earth" to rationally manage. Nelson Rockefeller is said to have believed that one billion people was the maximum acceptable number to properly manage. [Sounds like a global national socialism under the dictatorship of the "wise."] Others seem to belief that that figure of Nelson's is a bit high.

Well, with more than six billion on Earth now, plenty must go and not be replaced. Whose to go? That answer will probably be answered by a combination of pharmaceutical companies, certain academic and military scientists, and regulatory government bodies, which are able to mandate and con the people of the world into taking a vaccine to save them from a pandemic. Naturally, historians looking back on the great plague of the 21st century will call the unintended cause of the massive deaths: "The Jim Jones Vaccine."

The point is that there are numerous elements in the ruling circles of the world which may imagine a great good to come from the higher prices. Whether the "global warming" issue has been settled as legitimate or not, it does demonstrate the road toward global government (to confront such disasters), which is desired more or less uniformly by the global National Socialists. Outwardly, it may have a Democratic appearance, but it will be controlled by an iron fist of elitists.

Their troops may be seen in Mayor Fenty's Washington, D.C., where anticarism is everywhere apparent. You see, to the dogs of the elite, it is the ordinary people, driving their cars and trucks, who are the enemy. The paisano is always sheared by these people, and then they are blamed for current problems. Mayor Fenty & his regime will never see themselves as "sorceror's apprentices" mucking up everything they can get their hands on, while giving away as much of the city as possible to "sideshow impresarios."

This is a city that NEVER elected a mayor who could oversee the proper asphalting of a road. Always, the freshly asphalted roads begin to appear to be "black, undulating dunes." This is probably because the mix has been "shorted" to save money for the firm doing the work. This is a city that probably has more "meter maids" than well-trained teachers.

This is only one city. They are all across America now. The elite work their magic everywhere. Funny, it just doesn't look like magic. It looks like incompetence wedded to Potempkin villages being erected in all urban settings.

Members of Congress operate on the same standard of "half-baked" ideas, as is found in American cities. Consider:

"House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer said Democrats will use the pending farm bill to reduce the subsidy, while Republicans are looking to go further, rolling back government rules passed just four months ago that require blending ethanol into gasoline.

" 'The view was to look to alternatives and try to become more dependent on the Midwest than the Middle East. I mean, that was the theory. Obviously, sometimes there are unforseen or unintended consequences of actions,' Mr. Hoyer, Maryland Democrat, told reporters yesterday.

"Only a year ago, Congress and President Bush seemed to view ethanol as a near-magic solution to the nation's dependence on oil and counted on it to make a dent in greenhouse gas...." [THE WASHINGTON TIMES, Thursday, May 1, 2008, frontpage col. by Stephen Dinan]

These people are always apparently "a day late and a dollar short" or chasing the latest proposed solution to an alleged problem.

Although few politician on Capitol Hill, other than Rep. Ron Paul and a few others, perceive a ready solution to our immediate needs, there seems to be a relatively short-term fix. Consider:

" 'Crude oil is the currency of the world,' said Lindsey Williams...But Americans will never hear about huge oil and gas reserves in the United States, which, if ever tapped would bring today's fuel prices at least as low as $1.50 per gallon and make America more energy independent.

"As a Baptist missionary in the 1970s, Williams said he rubbed elbows with members of the world's power elite--who boasted of detailed 30-year and 50-year plans to control the flow of oil and information.

"A huge quantity of crude oil and natural gas exists under Gull Island, located in the waters of Prudhoe Bay in Alaska, says Williams. He cited key British Petroleum memoranda and related the statements of upper echelon oil officials who told him that Gull Island would be kept under wraps, limiting domestic supplies so Americans would someday see prices hit up to $10 a gallon at the pump....

"The 30-year plan, which was first proposed three decades ago and is nearing fruition, included smug assurances from oil officials that the United States will triple its crude-oil usage and alternate fuels will not be allowed to gain enough ground to make a difference. They also noted that all foreign oil production will be scaled back to the United States and that Americans soon will pay $4 to $5 a gallon at the pump and could pay as much as $7 to $10 down the road.

"In the early 1960s crude oil was selected as a tool of world control, Williams said, adding, 'What we pay at the gas pump is a form of taxation.' The American consumer's dependence on crude oil thus far enabled people from foreign oil-producing nations to buy T-bills (U.S. treasury notes) in order to support the U.S. national debt and continued deficit spending. The need to support that debt puts the U.S. government in a bind, forcing Americans to remain dependent on foreign oil...." [AMERICAN FREE PRESS, August 14, 2006, p.14, article by Mark Anderson]

The important thing to remember is that an elite group, which is extra-national and which views ordinary Americans as ignorant paisano, has set up an artificial shortage to drive up prices for the purpose of forcing their ulterior set of goals upon the citizenry. They will seek to force new patterns which they believe will advance the New World Order. The media and educational system can be expected to act as an "amen corner" to help sponsor the "half-baked" ideas, which eventually set up the reality described in Revelation, as the whole unnatural contraption falls down, even as the merchants of the earth weep bitter tears and wail their sorrow.

In brief the American people are ruled by con men and thieves extraordinaire--and they love it. You see: It hurts so good. And the American people are the embodiment of the masochist. They consider pain a "blessing." Their preachers and priest tell them to be thankful because they are so blessed.

I am trying to figure out a way to chase after these people and make some money. There may be a "tortmada" involved. It hurts me too! Damn gas prices! Well, they say you have to spend money to make it.

CAR BAD?

Here I am, riding along on my professional quest for ambulances, and listening to the radio. Suddenly, I hear a commercial. It is one apparently paid for by VRE, which stands for Virginia Railway Express [or something similar]. It is a male voice. He seems to be attempting a "hip" style of persuasion. I thought he sounded altogether "jive-turkey."

His pitch was that commuters who drove to the Washington Metro area for work from such relatively distant points as Fredericksburg, VA, would be wise to use the VRE service. He assures them that they could "read a newspaper," check their email, read a book, ogle the shapely chick just across the way, snooze, plan the day, or week, or year, or vacation, and so forth. He seems to be "pitching" quality time. The implication is that the commuters' travel would be quick and carefree, as opposed to the crawling torture of I95.

One never hears anything about "strangers on a train," nor insane bands of mujahideen running amok in the train, nor anything about "train jumps track" and crashes, nor anything about one's train being "rear-ended" by another train, nor, indeed, someone "puking" on you while you are trying to enjoy quality time. Emphasize the positive! That's the selling point.

The commercial ends with the pitchman saying: Car bad; VRE good.

Is this truth in packaging? I don't think so. It does indicate that politicians are working hard to end the era of the car. What comes next, after communal commuting? Kibbutz?

BOGUS RADIO ANALYSIS

Today, I was out driving , listening for the sounds of ambulances, police cars, and/or firetrucks, and listening to the "breaking news, traffic and weather" station. As it happened, there were radio-equivalent "talking heads" in colloquy, running through one of their obnoxious scripts on the subject of traffic and highway dangers. In these formats the "enemy" (other than cars, per se) is speed. The general thrust of their comments was that a return to a speed limit of 55 miles per hour on the highway was needed. The concluding view was that legislation was needed to put "teeth" in the matter.

To help usher in professional support, a trucking organization was cited, noting that truck drivers are fully in support of a 55 mile an hour limit. [Anyone who spends any time on the highways knows that truckers get their "big dogs" rolling 90 miles an hour, whenever the road shows some space.] They go slow at such notorious jam-spots as I95-I495 around Washington, D.C., due to the necessity. Nevertheless, these "pros" regularly get their rigs stuck under overpasses, which are clearly marked in regard to height tolerances. They also regularly "tip over" going up or down ramps. They also regularly "jack-knife" on these main arteries. For these pros other people are typically to blame. [It is part and parcel of the uniform "it's not my fault" syndrome in America. This syndrome gave birth to "no-fault" insurance.]

Folks, it is dangerous out there, but speed is not the issue; reckless driving and falling asleep at the wheel tend to be the main culprits. For sure, the Washington, D.C., area has a horde of dangerously foolish drivers, tail-gating and "cutting off" being considered normal by a significant percent of the drivers. High-speed weaving in semi-conjested roadways, "follow the leader" car-playing, and assuming other drivers are "dissing" them, when the other drivers are merely following posted traffic speeds, are some of the usual daily fare on "the beltway." Breaking-in-line driving is standard operating procedure for many.

No wonder that professional truckers voice support for slower speeds [for the non-truck drivers]. Their high fuel costs can also be helped by slower speeds, and they don't want to be the only ones playing the turtle. On the other hand the slow, stop-and-go driving during the lengthy "rush" hour periods can't be viewed as economical in regard to fuel.

In my view far worse than speed on the highway is the inequality of vehicular sizes. A driver in a compact-style car must run partially "blind" on many occasion in and about "the beltway," due to the tall profiles of trucks, recreation vehicles, vans, trucks, and buses. Likewise, each of these other vehicles may have vision problems, when a "bigger boy" is in front of him. There is nothing more perilous to safe driving than the big three: driver having a heart-attack, "big dog" mechanically malfunctioning, and poor visibility. The disasters which occur in thick fog are regularly featured on tv news-programs and photo-oriented media, such as newspapers and news magazines. In these cases speed adds to a disaster but doesn't actually introduce it.

Personally, I have no problem with 70-75 miles an hour travelling, IF road conditions warrant it. Stupidity, not speed, causes most avoidable wrecks. No legislative body can control highway safety by speed limits. Further, the important issue of inequality of vehicles cannot be readily repaired or adjusted. Since the problems involving highway safety tend to rest on the individuals who cannot tolerate "rules of the road," there seems little that can be done other than strengthening the licensing process [perhaps including effective psychological profiling] and taking a very strict approach to malefactors who are guilty of breaking the most important of the "rules of the road."

At this time where all jurisdictions whine about "lack of money," no expenditures are going to be made to fix anything permanently--or anything approaching that. Therefore, the desperate ideas flung about radio news are sure to be misconceived "Hail Mary" shots. Hence, my advice is: Protect yourself at all times. You the doctor. You the lawyer. You the man [or woman].

GLOBAL LABOR MARKET?

Today, as I was driving in pursuit of my professional duties and listening to the traffic station of record, WTOP, I was forced to listen to one of their advertisements (infomercial?). A woman was encouraging listeners to prepare themselves for tomorrow's global labor market. What is she saying? Who are the people behind this march to global work force? Are we being craftily advised that the "dictatorship of the proletariat" is at hand? Can the federal government be one of the driving forces toward achievement of a "global labor force?" Is the invasion of America by people ostensibly seeking work, which work America's global corporations are rapidly deploying elsewhere, some sort of signal that "Uncle Sam" may as well be given a grave site at Arlington National Cemetery?

As a man of the law, I am trained in reasoning. I ask myself: If the world is experiencing a growing fuel crisis, is it wise to utilize expensive, diminishing fuel stocks to shuttle workers back and forth around the globe? How are ordinary workers expected to deploy themselves? Will enormous global corporations pay a building maintenance man's way to China to labor at one of its buildings there? And doesn't anyone stay home anymore?

Or does the expression "global labor market" only apply to people trained at the best universities in business management and in debt mongering? The remaining "serfs" would naturally be attached to one of the looming latifundia, none of which are going anywhere (and neither are they).

Ordinary Americans, at this time, have a narrowing window of opportunity to halt the deconstruction of America and restore those guiding principles and rules of law and procedure which oversaw this people's rise to greatness. This opportunity will certainly fail if they continue to elect members in good standing of the Resident Evil which presently issues the diabolical policies and decisions which are killing our sovereign--we ourselves!--symbolized by Uncle Sam.

ANTICARISM AND THE MISRULE OF LAW III

The Washington, D.C., metropolitan area is arguably the leading area of organized antagonism toward the automobile in general and car commuters particularly. There are frequent occasions in the District of Columbia, in particular, for overt hostility to be displayed by pedestrians and bicycle riders, both of whom show signs of disdain toward the lowly car commuters, as well as most any automobile driver. Glaring and verbal assaults are common weapons used by Green Revolutionaries and their fellow travellers against the harried car driver. Could hurled stones be far away? Spray-paint terrorism?

The "traffic and news" station of record in the area is WTOP. This is an organization which features such issues as pedestrians struck by vehicles, whether buses, trucks, and cars. The manner by which the reports are presented tend to point the finger of blame at the automobile driver, whatever its form.

From my experience the District of Columbia does have more than its share of "heavy-footed" drivers. Running red-lights is hardly infrequent.

There is never anything approaching enough free parking, nor is there any nominal payment parking (what general labor can afford to pay), probably because these people aren't desired in the increasingly gentrified D.C. anyway and under any circumstance, other than as less-than-minimum-wage servants.

Hence, "double parking" in two-lane roadways is common. This occlusion of the roadway tends to induce faster traffic, much as the occlusion of a waterway tends to make for faster-travelling water. However, the double-parked vehicles also tend to obstruct vision of both drivers and pedestrians.

In the District the nature of pedestrians is such that they will, due to some mysterious force, find the heightened danger of such situations compelling "reason" to cross at precisely that point in the road. Perhaps they reason that the double-parked vehicle will shield them.

Yet, the pedestrians are known to cross at any point in the road at any time. Further, the crossings are commonly done with multiple "jaywalkers," many not even looking for cars. As for the bicyclists, they recognize no rules of the road other than "me-first." Only the fragility of their vehicles ultimately makes them "back down." Many wait just a bit too long and get "gored" or worse.

There are plenty of occasions when the automobile driver will encounter people walking right across the roadway in the District, looking with a laughing arrogance, as if to say: If you hit me, I'll sue you and the District government will put your ass in jail for a long stretch to boot. All this in utter violation of the signal light applicable at the time. Few people want to run over anyone anyway. Yet, when you suddenly stop for such "jaywalking," you make yourself endangered by an increased chance of a rear-end collision from the vehicle following your vehicle, who is, perhaps, unaware that pedestrians have boldly walked right in front of the vehicle ahead of them.

There are few nocturnal pedestrians who seem aware that black or dark clothing will make them difficult to see. It is absolutely common to drive almost upon these "shadows" before just recognizing that they are humans and pulling one's automobile aside. Are they intoxicated? Frankly, that often is the problem, for not only are dark clothes worn but poor judgment exhibited by such pedestrians struck by a car. Unfortunately, the police are not too vigilant, when it comes to "walking while intoxicated" ("WWI") pedestrians. In effect these WWIs lurch, like deer, into the pathway of oncoming cars and get struck.

Often, when that happens, the driver keeps on going. My guess is that they are "heavy-footed" drivers, who don't figure they have a good excuse for hitting "Pedro." If caught, they'll serve a fairly heavy sentence. It is the truly blameless automobile driver who stops. Yet, he will still be blamed. Remember: In the District cardrivers are the enemy.

I used the expression "Pedro" advisedly, because many of those who are struck by cars seem to be Latinos and other immigrants. They do not seem to have experience with pedestrian-automobile "peaceful coexistence." There is no awareness of "rules of the road." They simply "ford" the roadway whenever and wherever whim instructs. Again, one is reminded of deer or, indeed, opossum.

Much mayhem can develop between car operator and bicyclist. The fault here may be recklessness by either party. However, increasingly under the sway of the misguided, Greenies' propaganda, The bicyclist may convince himself that there is a paramount issue of principle involved. He may feel that equality of modes of movement demand that he peddle his bike right in the center of a lane of roadway specifically constructed for cars. It is a new day, he may think. But the "big" tend to devour the "little," and so it goes with any confrontation between the two modes of movement.

Regardless of any reasoned peril, the Greenie proceeds truculently, glaring and mouthing insults at the automobile driver.

I can't speak knowledgeably about other cities, but in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area there is considerable hostility toward automobiles. The automobile is the new "fall guy" for everything despised by the Green Revolutionaries. These people are both political and "soft-core" terroristic in their approach to the dread enemy, the car commuter. There are now many politicians and high government workers listening to their issues with cars. These propagandists are represented on the large "tax-free" foundations, such as the Ford, Rockefeller, and Carnegie foundations, and many others as well. They inhabit "think tanks." Folks, there is a movement! If you drive, you are likely to be a target.

The automobile owner is considered virtually a "war criminal." The fumes exhausted from the combustion engine of the car are viewed as categorically akin to missiles, bombs, poisonous gas, or germ warfare. Folks, the Greenies think that we car drivers are trying to kill them. They are demanding legal help. The want legislation passed protecting them and the world from fumes. If Congress won't do the job, then the Supreme Court must step into the fray and exact punishment.

This is not to say that they limit their political efforts to the exalted federal levels. No, state and local governments are lobbied too. They undoubtedly have representatives lobbying the United Nations and forming global alliances with other Greenies in Europe and elsewhere. They want action, now!

There is a growing suspicion among the leading elements within the legal profession that the Greenies are poised to file a class action suit against automobile commuters. I have mixed emotions. Should I not stand against the absurdity? Or maybe I should try to get my "cut" from a suit of this sort. We all have to eat.

The political aspect is one that I can support in principle. However, when violence and terror are raised as legitimate modes of political expression, then I have to demure. Unless, of course, in doing so I infringe upon my rights as an ambulance chaser. Like I said: A man's gotta eat.

ANTI-CARISM AND THE RULE OF MISLAW

As a devoted chaser of vehicles which are probative ventures in professional endowment, I have come to resent the increasingly hostile attitude toward automobiles. This attitude is fostered by government.

All drivers are aware of the extensive red-tape associated with possession and usage of any form of road vehicle. The expression "DMV" has become a stock element in comedic commentary. True, it can't compete with "sex" and, therefore, doesn't come up as often in the jokes, but the main issue is that all know this means frustratingly long lines and waits.

Politicians in government have for a long time worked hand-in-glove with property owners to make the parking of one's vehicle either lucrative for the companies specializing in renting space by the hour, day, week, or month, or lucrative for the city by means of parking tickets revenue. By being generous campaign supporters parking lot companies (and their owners) can count on a protected racket. The politicians create and protect SCARCITY.

There are never enough parking spots allocated by the city relative to the demand. Metered spots are eagerly sought by short-term visitors in cars. Sometimes disputes erupt as two drivers seek to park in the same spot--one frontward and the other backward. These spots are valued, but they do not necessarily protect a driver from a ticket. On occasion the meter is broken. The driver assumes the hordes of "meter people" out checking for violations will note that a meter is broken and spare the car. However, a driver may get a ticket anyway. One theory for this is that the "meter people" have job performance parameters based on quantities of vehicles ticketed. They are threatened with "ticket or perish."

According to this theory, the politicians have concluded that hardly anyone will take a day off from work, losing all that money, to sit around a government building waiting to plea a defense against the issuance of the ticket. Indeed, who would, as you are still likely to lose the case. A magistrate may diminish it a bit, but for such "mercy" is it worth losing a day's working income?

Few think so.

Therefore, theoreticians conclude that it is a strategy that should bring in some desired revenue, which the politicians may then spend wisely or unwisely. It seems to be a "win-win" strategy for them. Parking tickets are a disguised tax.

WHY I BECAME A LAWYER

On a number of occasions over the years, I've had the need to go before a judge at one of the various courts, usually to seek relief from some impending action. Not infrequently, I was down in my chips. On a few occasions I was basically broke. On these occasions I might appear as a plaintive "pro se." I would always file the papers necessary to appear "in forma pauperis" ["in the manner of a pauper"], so that I would have the right to petition without assuming any of the usual costs associated with filing a lawsuit. However, as often as not, the judge would turn me down. This was so, even when I was living in a car, the car was broken down, and I had no money to fix it.

Oddly, the usual reason for my appearing at court was to file an injunction against the I.R.S., which is a unit of government that doesn't recognize the term "impoverished" nor the concept which the term suggests. As an impoverished person, I naturally was not appearing at court in a respectable three-piece suit. Judges tend to suppose this is an intentional affront and act accordingly.

Now, judges, who receive regular checks, compliments of the "tax payers," don't have a lot of sympathy for poor people. Judges have been around the block a few times. They tend to think that poor people are "tax cheats." Tax cheaters are a threat to the revenue accounts of government from which, presumably, regular checks are issued to judges, politicians, and bureaucrats. Hence, judges tend to view any plea filed by ANYONE against the I.R.S., as inherently "frivolous and without merit." However, if the judge is given to humorous comments, he may tolerate such pleadings as an opportunity to unleash his wit.

Other judges may be famously dyspeptic and ascerbic in court. Lawyers plying their craft at courthouses relish the arrival of a poor person, appearing pro se and in forma pauperis, before such a judge, because they know that he will treat them with utter disdain, demonstrating the difficult and brusque personalty these lawyers have come to cherish (when applied to others).

Not only does the impoverished individual face certain difficulty with the judge in tax cases, but he or she must endure the "railbird," regular lawyers giggling, as the judge makes swift "hash" of the pleading. The Justice Department provides an attorney in court cases involving the I.R.S. As a general rule, he/she announces to the court that he/she is present in behalf of the defendant (I.R.S.) and believes that the plea by plaintive will be dismissed in about five minutes, or words to this effect.

This assessment almost always proves to be accurate, as the judge stirs a paper or two, allows the impoverished one to say a few words, and then dismisses the case as "frivolous and without merit." The lawyer from the Justice Department has a content, almost smug, expression as he/she prepares to exit. The abruptly dismissed plaintiff, perhaps lingering at the lectern in a daze, is then almost "knocked over" by the attorney for the next case, who is typically "weighty" from too much money chasing too much food. [The impoverished tend to be lean.] Bar lawyers don't usually have much respect for pro se people. They won't admit it, though. Yet, they view such people as being a potential threat to the "money spigot at law," which keeps them fat and respected members of society.

These observations led me to conclude that "if you can't beat them, join them." I read law. In time I, too, was a proud member of the Society of Ambulance Chasers.
